The only 2 complaints I have are the overnight parking that cost $30 a night and the gate to enter and exit the resort is broken. I read reviews from June and July that it is faulty, but thought they would fix it by August.. I feel that if we pay so much at a resort we can at least get free parking and the gate should work. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The room is large, the balcony has a sea view, breakfast service but charge, the hotel is warm, the building is Spanish style, the travel is very convenient, you can park, there is a bus at the door.

Absolutely wonderful location. The bike / walking path is a minute walk from the hotel, right along the beach. There's a little grocery store about a 5 minute walk up S Milpas St, so convenient. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance (1 mile) or a short drive. I didn't eat at the hotel. The room was clean but toiletries were not replenished, and my dirty glasses were not washed or replaced. For the high price tag, I would have expected that. The air conditioning in the room was great, quiet, and easy to adjust.The front desk team was very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite people were the Valet team. They were fun to speak with, very down to earth and did their job well. Valet parking is $26.00 / night. I didn't see that price anywhere when I booked.

There is a buffet in the afternoon. There is wine and fruit biscuit cheese. Very good. The room was very very clean. The bedding is soft. The room is small, and the family recommends a large room type. 2 minutes walk from the train station.

Love this hotel very much. It's big with comfortable bed pillows and kitchenette. A nice balcony with a fountain too. Parking was free that's a plus! Opposite a supermarket and a street delicious tacos so very happy. Only problem is the cold tiles they use on the floor which is uncomfortably sticky and also the sound proofing was very bad, the noise of cleaning, luggages going over the tiles outside of our room is pretty annoying. Might consider coming back.

This expensive room actually only gives a Queen Size bed, I went to sleep with my mother, I can only add another bed, check out and see more than $75... It’s really drunk...
