A Disappointing Stay The service was shockingly lackluster. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to guests' needs. It was as if my presence inconvenienced them rather than being welcomed. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, leaving me feeling like an afterthought.

Service was excellent! Very happy with our stay, great location for us too!

Noise from the freeway

The room is nice and clean. There is House Keeping every day. The breakfast is rich. The only drawback is that the elevator is only one. It takes a long way to take the elevator in such a big hotel.

The room is big, the bed is big, and the pillows are comfortable. However, the overall lighting in the room is dim, which is not suitable for working at night. The gym is too small, and some facilities are not easy to use. It is better to go to la fitness for fitness. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the highway, and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It takes more than 40 minutes to drive to lax. The staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The windows are well soundproofed, and the noise from the nearby airport cannot be heard. However, the room is very soundproof, and the movements upstairs, next door, and outside the door are very clear. The curtains are very good for blocking light.

I chose Holiday Inn Express all the way. The quality is guaranteed and the breakfast is free. However, I am the first one who asked me to sign the bill and pay the tip when I had the free breakfast. Of course, you can choose not to pay because there are only a few items in the breakfast and there is no service.

The hotel has only three floors, but it covers a large area. The breakfast is OK, with a good variety. It starts to close at 9:00, which feels a bit early. I met many young Americans with sports equipment. There is a commercial center 9 minutes drive away, where you can eat Haidilao, barbecue, and Cantonese cuisine

There is a laundry room with dryer and a swimming pool.

The facilities are complete, clean and the surrounding environment is also very good. The reception is fast and convenient. I stayed for another three days.

Average. Good location. Complete facilities. Although the hotel is old, it has been renovated. Very convenient. Parking is also convenient.
