Second time for us to stay here this hotel! This time we were able to stay at the pool view, we appreciate the kind help from reception assistance manger Aman as well as Keleshi’s help! We recommend Intercontinental if it’s first time to visit Fiji because of below reason! -friendly stuffs who are willing to help us always with beautiful smiles! May stuffs try to remember us and feet us personally which makes it it stay even more pleasant and we can see that they do it from their heart! -spacious dining with great choice of food for lunch/dinner with love music everyday and some activities at the bar lounge -Intercontinental has got public beach just in front and we can enjoy beach as well as Infinity pool for adults. What I love about this hotel is that we don’t need to go other places to enjoy beach as we can get to see colouful fishes with our own snorkels! -spacious room and bathtub on a big balcony is something great and you can relax at the balcony even it’s raining day! Thank you for the another beautiful stay and we will definitely come back!!

We had an amazing time away, the resort was everything we could have asked for. Great variety of food, drinks and places to go away from the children. Live music every night and wonderful smiling faces around the resort. They couldn’t be more helpful. We would definitely return.

The food and drinks were way too overpriced and not that good quality. Outdoor furniture of the balconies were old and not well maintained.

Probably the best hotel in Fiji. Everything is great, convenient, understandable. Pools with canopies, everything to eat/drink. Just a bit far from the airport. We'll come back again

The beach is very beautiful. I don't know why the horse riding on the beach seems to be private, and the price is arbitrary. There was a staff member in the room who came in and asked if I wanted a wake-up call. I was quite scared. The food was a bit unfamiliar.

The room is very good, the view is unbeatable, the weather is also very good, and the temperature is comfortable. The room service is also very timely, basically on call, and any request can be met. The restaurant is average, and it may not be able to take care of it when there are many people. It is a bit torture to eat in their restaurant every day. It is far from the city, and it is not convenient to go to the city for dinner, but the scenery is really beautiful, so all the shortcomings can be ignored. If you come to the Fiji Islands, the sea view and beach of Intercontinental are absolutely better than other denarau big hotels, and the food is relatively better, but the transportation is not convenient. Remember to book the room upstairs, the downstairs is relatively noisy, and the sea view suite on the second floor is definitely the best choice. When I opened the room, the room attendant said that my room was the hotel room with the best view. Haha. Don't go to the beach to solicit customers and massage, the experience is extremely bad.

The room is nice. The tropical rainforest climate can feel a bit humid, but you can turn on the air conditioner and fan. The scenery is beautiful. There is 24-hour room service, including food delivery, etc., which is convenient and fast. There is a shuttle bus bula bus to pick up and drop off in the resort. There are three restaurants to choose from in the entire resort. The beach is not big, just average. But it is enough for our vacation style. The attitude of the service staff is very good.

The service is really good. The room was cleaned twice a day. However, there were unwiped water stains on the sink inside the room, and the sheets in the room felt a little damp. The overall hygiene felt not as clean as in China. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good, but the a la carte items and drinks for lunch were terrible. However, the fried chicken ordered by the swimming pool was very juicy and delicious, so you can try it.

It is a hotel far from the airport. The overall service is about three stars. It has three restaurants and bars. There are not many breakfast options. It is okay to bring your family to the hotel for four or five days to bask in the sun and swim.

Overall good. As an international brand chain, the service is better and the activities are rich in variety. The environment is friendly and the dining options are diverse. You can choose from four different restaurants for dinner.
