The hotel is located about 15-20 min walk to the center of San Sebastian. Staff are kind and extremely helpful. Cleanliness was good. Restaurant was surprisingly very good in the lobby. stayed there for 5nights and 6 days was well worth it. The price was quite expensive for what i paid but it was during the film festival so was well worth it. would certainly stay here on my way back to San Sebastian Wonderful knowledgeable staff who are genuinely helpful

The room is large, clean, comfortable and beautiful. The service is friendly. The car is parked right in front of the hotel, and there are many parking spaces. It is about 2 kilometers away from Shell Beach, which is not far, but it is a bit tiring to go up and down the mountain.

Hotel with good facilities, although a bit far from the city center. Breakfast was fair compared to other hotels in its category. The staff was very friendly, and free parking was available at the front door.

Phenomenal! The friendliest reception guy can't be. There is good parking and you can walk to the center, it takes about 20 minutes. We found breakfast very expensive.

Very clean hotel, smiling, pleasant staff. Cafeteria in the hotel lobby which offers an alternative to the hotel buffet. Alright. Only small downside: no French TV channel.

The hotel room is very large, clean and well-organized, and you can even choose from a variety of pillows, which is very considerate! The staff speaks English very fluently and takes the initiative to introduce different attractions. They are very friendly and polite! The hotel is far away from the old town, but there is a bus station nearby. It takes about 15 minutes to get there by bus. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Highly recommend this hotel! 😃

Very friendly, very good treatment, and an ideal and spectacular place to be in tranquility and well cared for. We will be back.
