Great location, amazing price, horrendous service. Receptionist (male Indian from Gujarat) is extremely rude and disrespectful. He should be fired. I was here for a few days, and then all of a sudden he said he wouldn’t let me extend my stay. Gave no explanation whatsoever, and then began raising his voice and threatening to call the cops. The hostel itself was decent, but this irascible Indian receptionist made me regret ever booking a room there. He should be fired and never be given a job that requires relating with people.

Very bad experience, property smells bad. Pathetic washrooms.

There are regular guests in the room, but his bed is full of food crumbs. It hasn't been cleaned up for a long time. It smells very bad. There is still a smell of feet in the room. After traveling for so many years, I have never been treated like this by the service staff! 房间有常住的客人，但是他床上都是食物碎屑，很久没有清理过，味道很大，闻起来糟糕透了，房间里还有脚臭味道，整个二层都没有厕所和浴室，需要下去一楼，我跟前台印度人说房间里味道闻起来糟糕透了，他回复我说那不关他的事。服务态度非常差，不知道什么老板会请这样的人在前台，我们四个人，三个人都被这个人的服务态度恶心到了，预定了第二天的房间，房费也不要了，也不想再住了，前台的印度人讲话态度非常恶劣，态度非常差，一分钟都不想停留。住完一晚退房的时候，他告诉我，我不欢迎你继续住在这里，你不要订我这里的房间，而且退房是早上10点，我刚退完房，前台的印度人叫我出去，非常的不礼貌和态度很差。这家店唯一的优点就是便宜，但是住宿环境很差，所在区域也离市区很远，楼下全是流浪汉，味道很大。前台的印度人，让我感觉非常的恶心，出行这么多年，从来没有被服务人员如此对待！

Good hostel, convenient, low cost , I liked stay here, I enjoyed in San Francisco trip stayed there for 5 nights , it was a good experience , meet new friends there too !!!

Good location at night so noisy homeless

The service attitude here is very bad. I don't recommend booking here. You can spend 10 or 20 yuan more to go somewhere else. The waiters here will treat customers as thieves.

I didn't stay there that day because it was too uncomfortable and I gave up. This is where the homeless people live, and many of the guests are homeless people.

It's a terrible hostel. When I first arrived, there were two homeless people living across the street. There was a disgusting smell when I entered the hotel. I found out after I checked in that I had to make the sheets myself. When I got to the kitchen, I bought milk and the refrigerator was big. It was so full that there were even cockroaches inside. I had a female boss who arranged me into a 6-person room with all boys. I moved out the next day. I booked for 5 nights and couldn't get a refund. I contacted Trip.com and they said The hotel cannot refund you if you don't give it back. I hope you won't book this hotel again. I would rather you spend more money and enjoy better quality.
