Little bit dated but overall decent hotel in great location. Could do with a new air conditioner in rooms. Self laundry for 3000KRW is nice. Jacuzzi hoses not working.

Location, price, service, satisfaction This is the basic hotel for business trips to Cheonan When it is difficult to make a reservation at Shilla Stay O&City Hotel, I often use this hotel I have used it several times this year

It's quiet and nice when I sleep, but around 8:00 am, the cleaning staff were talking so loudly in the hallway that I couldn't sleep.

I made a reservation for 3 people, but I was so grateful that they did me a favor by saying that there would be no additional charge for 1 person, even though it is basically 2 people. Instead, the amenity was only provided for two people, but it didn't matter. Microwave ovens must be used with permission at the counter. Please note that there are no people at the counter before 8:00 in the morning, so you cannot use it.

I made the wrong reservation because the names are similar, but I'm glad it's nearby. I stayed here because it was cheap, but it just feels like an old self-made room. It was nice to have Netflix.

오래되긴 했지만 괜찮아요 다음에 또 일본친구들이 오면 갈 예정입니다

역에서 접근성과주변에 맞집이 많아서 좋았고 청결하고 친절해서 좋았습니다

저렴한 가격에 좋은 숙소에서 잘 쉬었다갑니다. 방보다 욕실이 더 커서 조금 놀라긴 했지만..ㅋㅋ 다음에도 출장오면 또 이용할께요!

생각착오였고 화장실과 침실 본후 넘 불쾌했었어 생수 하나도 서비스 없고 사먹어야된다니.. 어처구니 없게~ 좋은 맘으로 가족과 함께 갔는데... 다음엔 더 찾아 보고 예약해야될것같아요

호텔 로비는 고급져서 좋았는데 방이 모텔급이라 살짝 아쉽네요.. 시설도 그렇고 화장실 문도 없어서 밤에 분위기 으스스합니다. 조금 아쉽지만 사장님이 친절하셔서 좋았습니다.

예약을 실수로 인해 중복으로 하였는데 바로 취소 안해주네요. 전화로 얘기하면 서로 어플업체 핑계대고, 어플업체는 호텔 핑계되고요. 문제 발생 시 해결 안된다고 보면 됩니다.

혼자 잠만자기엔 나쁘지 않았습니다.

신불당이 걸어서 가도 되는거리라서 좋아요 침구고 푹신하니 괜찮고

청소가 깨끗했고 욕조가 커서 좋았습니다. 출장용으로 좋아요.
