Nice hotel…. But they asked for deposit… and they give it back after few days

Basic hotel. It wasn’t too dirty, but it was very loud. We chose to stay there because it was near Oracle Park. It’s a great location to get just about anywhere in the city.

This store is too much. I made a prepaid order with Ctrip. I checked in on August 16th for 2 nights and needed to pay $5.4 at the store. When we checked in, the staff charged me $212.54 for pre-authorization. I expressed it at the time. I objected. After checking, the staff said that he made a mistake and thought I paid at the store, but he did not have the authority to cancel the pre-authorization. I was asked to find their manager the next day, and he wrote a small note to his manager and called him to inform him of the matter. I found their manager the next day, and their manager said he had returned it to me. Don't worry. I didn't take it seriously and continued to go out and play. On September 15th, the bill day of China Merchants Bank, I looked at it and realized, damn, they didn’t give me a refund. China Merchants Bank deducted more than 1,550 RMB from me. . . . I have contacted Ctrip staff and will contact the hotel for me and will provide follow-up information.
