Comfortable hotel close to the bus station and castle. I only disliked the pillows.

Room is clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast available and it changes menu the next day. There is coffee corner and cold lemon water available.

Bed and pillow too soft

The staff are courteous and can communicate in English. The room is large and clean. The location is very good. It is close to the railway and light rail. It is very convenient to get in and out. There is a parking lot for the car and there are many good places to eat in the surrounding area.

Songshan is a city I like very much. The environment is very good. The comfortable hotel I stayed in is linked. The room is not small, clean and tidy, the linens are comfortable, and it is convenient to travel in the city. I stayed for two nights and was very satisfied. Next time I come to Songshan, I will choose here again.

The hotel is in a good location, not far from Takashimaya (with a Ferris wheel), about 5 to 10 minutes' walk. The hotel parking lot is on a back street. You need to enter the lobby to ask for the location and park your car. It is convenient to enter through the back door. There is a discount coupon for parking.  The breakfast in the hotel is very good. I have stayed in several comfortable hotels and the breakfast is similar. It is rich and definitely filling. There are fresh fruits and vegetables and mixed drinks. This is great. The hotel provides tea and coffee, which can be enjoyed at the restaurant at any time. 

The hotel is located near Matsuyama Station. There is Matsusakaya nearby, which offers a wide range of food, shopping and entertainment. The hotel environment is comfortable and hygienic. The toilets are larger than those of ordinary business hotels. The hotel has a parking lot attached. You need to arrive early to enjoy it, but there is a round parking lot and parking at a preferential price. The breakfast is average, but enough to fill you up. I will stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

Overall, I was in good health. After cleaning the room, the bed was not made on the first day. The bed was made on the second day, but a lot of garbage was left on the floor and was not cleaned up. The front desk staff are generally friendly, except for an older lady with big glasses who has a very nice attitude.
