The go car service is just around the corner. The room is clean but a bit dark. Staff are friendly and you can get complimentary bottled of water from the lobby every day.

Very Hippie style hotel. You can have free coffee in the morning and free wine during evening time. You also can play music with turntables in your room. The most funny thing is you could choose one plant in the front desk and bring to your room.

I stayed with my partner. We both like it here so much. The staff are friendly and professional. I enjoyed the jazz machine so much! The location is good.

The room was spacious and clean. It’s a very convenient location as it’s 15 mins walk to the Fisherman’s Wharf.

Noisy and run down air conditioner. Small flies in the bathroom.

Great location. Lobby looks trendy and clean. Rooms are ok but I got the ones on level 1 and at the high traffic corner so it was rather noisy with people walking to and fro to the lobby.

Overall good. Good location. They give you $10 daily credit for snacks but be sure to check properly, as they do overcharge.

One of the best hotels in SFO, Fisherman Wharf. Location is superb, Staff is v friendly n always ready to help! Will definitely stay there again

Good location, friendly and warm staff! Really loved the happy hour 5-6 pm and the room was clean and tidy. Would come back again in the future! Really nice shower and excellent amenities.

Amazing location and room

Absolutely good hotel for a trip. Very close to the wharf and beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Surrounding districts are safe. But extremely LOW efficiency of the reception staff. Kept us waiting for housekeeping for AN HOUR without a single word of apology but LIES and disrespect.
