From what I have gone through I have to say it’s not a service-oriented hotel. Very unprofessional staffs, very intruding and rude. Very unpleasant stay here.

The hotel has a simple and clean environment, but the breakfast is too simple and feels too shabby. The overall service is acceptable, but the location is excellent and it is very convenient for sightseeing.

I am very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. It is very clean and the waiters are very good. It would be even better if the hotel's elevators were running normally! I will still choose this hotel next time I go there.

Good, a great experience

來聖地亞哥參加兒子的畢業典禮，這裏的酒店很多，但是我們果斷選擇了智選假日酒店。這個酒店交通便利，離fashion valley 輕軌站很近，步行大概十分鐘，酒店門口會有88路公交車。酒店很衞生乾淨，早餐也很不錯，大堂24小時提供開水和咖啡。酒店前台工作人員多為印度人，服務態度很好，熱情友善。
