Hampton Inn San Antonio-Downtown (River Walk Area) Reviews

The check-in process was a breeze. The location is not exactly near the riverwalk but it is close enough for a nice 7 minutes walk. The room was clean and the ac was working fine. The hotel had a laundry facility for guest and it was quite nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing really negative to say about my stay.

San Antonio is a historical city with beautiful sight seeing. The holtel is not far away from Alamo、river walk and conference center. All the staffs are very nice，breakfast is simple，but good than most of comfort inn hotel.

The location of the hotel is nice. Walking distance from River Walk. In my opinion, parking is a bit expensive.

Good place to enjoy your small vacation

Compared to Inn&Suite, Inn is simpler and the rooms are almost soundproof. But among the hotels close to RiverWalk, this one is very cost-effective.

The room was not cleaned even after I reminded them. The service was average. The parking fee was really expensive! There was no mineral water and I had to buy it myself. I waited a long time when I checked in.

Convenient transportation, you can walk to the riverside trail and Alamo; the room is not very clean; the water flow is small, washing hair and bathing can only make do; parking fee is not cheap

The room is spacious, the breakfast is a simple American breakfast, the environment is good, the location is excellent, it is very convenient to go to RIVERWALK and ALAMO, you can reach them by foot

Convenient location, spacious rooms

I went to the Marriott Hotel because I had a conference, and it was nice and closer than I thought. However, the fitness center facilities were a bit disappointing. The breakfast in the morning is not that great, just enough to fill your stomach. The desk people were really nice

Good location, but parking is too expensive

This hotel is great. It’s only a 10-minute walk from the San Antonio Exhibition Center. You can also pass by the RIVER WALK. It’s worth visiting at night. There is a fogo de Chao Brazilian nearby. The per capita consumption is $90, which is great.
