We got upgraded to a bigger room but they put us at the wheelchair bathroom. The floor was wet bcz no barrier to stop the water. U need car to go around & 15mnts to train station but 10mnts to the airport

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

Gem in Samarkand , love the service , ambience and cleanliness. Room is huge , bed comfortable. The staff attitude is marvellous and customer oriented. Love this place. To the right of hotel , there is barbeque restaurant , cheap and delicious. Both staff that i attached served me , they are humble and very helpful.

This hotel is amazing! This is my favorite hotel on this trip. The swimming pool is nice. The restaurant on the first floor is also nice. There is also ice cream. I am not used to the food in Uzbekistan. I eat pasta, pizza and salad in the restaurant every day. It is so cool. The room is very comfortable. It is also convenient to take a taxi. Highly recommended

The hotel room is not big and the hygiene is so-so. Their air conditioner is very bad. It broke down in the middle of the night.
