Everything about the property is perfect. Not too far from the center. Easily accessible by public transportation. The room is very clean. There are hair dryer en coffee machine available. However, make sure that you contact the property before arrival to ensure that you receive the code to access your room. There is no reception.

The room offers excellent natural daylight, a window with pleasant views, and a clean, well-maintained bedsheet, towel, and bath area. It is conveniently located with easy access to a mini-market, bus stops, and other amenities. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, making our short visit to Salzburg enjoyable overall.

We love the room. It is spacy, new and clean. At first, we worrid about parking but I found out later that there is a hugh parking space right opposite the Apartment. Fee for 2 hrs. is 8.5 euro. It is so convenient.

When I walked in, I found that the whole room was not cleaned. After I contacted the customer service, they said at first that they would refund 20% of the service fee, but there was no other measure. They wanted us to stay overnight in the uncleaned room, which I found incredible. Under this circumstance, we called the German headquarters and sent them an email hoping to get a solution. However, the local hotel customer service said that the housekeeping department would come to clean at 3 pm the next day, which we could not accept, so we proposed to change the room without refunding (they did not tell us to refund all the money during the whole process). After three replies, the problem was still not solved. Finally, the problem was solved through the customer service phone. I am very grateful to the customer service staff who answered the phone and solved the problem, but the process of staying in the hotel made me feel very uncomfortable. The lack of sufficient respect for us and the chaotic management made me feel incredible. We waited for 90 minutes in the bad room, and our itinerary for the day was completely disrupted.

You must know that this is a rental apartment and contact us early to avoid wasting time after you arrive. After checking out at 11 o'clock, find a place to store your luggage.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was troublesome and inconvenient to check in by yourself. When there was a problem with check-in, I couldn't get through to the hotel and finally contacted them through Ctrip customer service.

Horrible experience. Stayed for two nights no staff, no tissues, no cutlery, no crockery, dirty cups unwashed,no shampoo. No one to listen better look somewhere else. Reminded on what’s app regarding situation but no one listened. It’s a commercial building they have 3,4,5 floors. Looks like hospital corridors

Very nice spacious and very practical room. Large bathroom. No air conditioning but fan. Quiet. No reception on site so do the Check before. Difficult internet on site. 30 mins walk from the city center. Possible to make coffee and tea in the room and several supermarkets nearby. Access to the building is not very warm.

Room is spacious, nice and tidy. Location is also ok. Close to the old town and there are restaurants in the city. The hotel is in a complex where there are also offices. Parking is not well arranged. You can get a ticket from the car machine at the barrier and then not pay anywhere. The employees in the offices then have to help you get out of the parking lot again.
