Mal hotel

The pictures do not represent the rooms properly. The rooms are not the cleanest and the walls are dirty. The hotel is in a good location. Towels are only taken every two days. The rooftop pool is really nice.

They put us in the mezzanine room, it looked like a *******, dirty, rotten corridor!

Lack of maintenance, newer towels, excellent location, very efficient breakfast staff and concierge, two very helpful afternoon shift waitresses. Security did not even greet at night. The morning coffee was missing some things. They changed the Red Andrade, it was better now the Red Mare needs cleaning, painting .

As it is a chain hotel I expected a little more in terms of amenities. It is worth it for the location.

The bed linens appear to have not been changed. The corridor leading to the room is unlit. A single mat in the pool is broken and cannot be used. But the location is very good. Hearty breakfast, and very courteous service. All staff are friendly.

They threw us into a room in the basement! And when we asked to change, they said they had no more rooms available! It's a disgrace, my friends. I don't recommend any Rede Andrade. I had to sleep on the floor, the bed was so old and full of stains that I was disgusted by sleeping on the floor all night, I slept badly and woke up feeling terrible... And I paid more than 300 for one night. It's a disgrace. This Rede Andrade should be reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office.

The cleanliness of the rooms, hallways, cafeteria, indoor and outdoor areas is excellent, but the pool area leaves something to be desired. There is only one person to clean the outdoor and indoor areas and to clean the pool. There is no way to keep up, there are no tables or umbrellas. It looks abandoned.

The Andrade network needs to pay more attention to the Sea, which has enormous and poorly explored potential.

Clean and spacious room, I loved having a drink at the pool facing the sea, large bathroom, good shower, beds need to be improved, good wifi most of the time, very welcoming staff, very tasty breakfast, good location. Excellent choice for the price. Good value for money. There is not much noise from the street (at least in my room which was not facing the street). Good air conditioning.

Varied coffee, good service but the beds and linens need to be changed. They are old and of poor quality.

Well-located hotel, just a few steps from Largo Santana (RV nightlife), but needs structural repairs (old paint, old and uncomfortable mattresses, bathroom looks dirty). Good maintenance would improve the ratings in general.

Great location, close to many bars, restaurants. Polite and helpful staff. Could improve the quality of the bed, pillows and towels; very old and worn.

It's a shame that a hotel with such a wonderful location is in disrepair, like the Mar Hotel 😒 very nice and helpful staff. The hotel itself is cozy and pleasant, but it has no maintenance whatsoever: the pool deck is ugly and worn out, the toilet flush is faulty, sometimes it fills up, sometimes it doesn't, the walls in the hallways and rooms are falling apart, the plants at the hotel entrance are dying and poorly maintained, the lamps in the rooms have their chandeliers ripped off, the toilet paper is made of single sheets. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and had no change of towels. The coffee was delicious but very weak, there were almost no options. There was only ONE lounge chair at the pool and it was still broken and it pinched your buttocks when you sat on it. There was also only one table in the pool area that guests had to fight over. However, the pool is very nice and the area is wonderful, with a beautiful view of the beach, very nice for sunbathing and chatting in the late afternoon. The lobby chair looks disposable and is of very poor quality, and it even knocked me over because I was leaning on the backrest and it seemed to be made of paper I fell and hurt myself. Anyway, as I said at the beginning, the hotel has everything to be excellent, it just isn't because its owner or administrator doesn't want it to be. But with all that, I was happy with my stay, because I enjoyed the best I could find there. 🥰
