Place was awesome, from check in to check out. Asked for extra towels and coffee, both were delivered to the room before we had time to unpack. Owners/managers were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very quiet, did not hear other folks coming and going. WILL Definitely stay here again and recommend this place. Negative - not a huge breakfast spread like other places. But the positives of this place outweighs the negatives. If you want a big breakfast, great restaurant across the street, or better yet, Braum's is just around the corner.

Perfect for the price.

Comfortable beds and newly remodeled rooms! Nearby Subway and other restaurants right off the interstate. It was some noise with new construction going on at the hotel but other than that it was a great stay. Will definitely stay again soon!

Greeted nicely upon our arrival. Clean room, comfortable king bed. Enjoyed a nice breakfast at nearby Quality Inn due to ongoing maintenance and upgrades. While not a high star location, it provides good value and would definitely recommend it.

They have done a tremendous amount of work and doing upgrades to this Motel. Have been staying here when coming to Salina for Dr appointments the last 10 years.. They are very polite, helpfull, and respectful. Clean and Relaxing environment. PRICES ARE UNBEATABLE.

Excellent staff. Clean, comfy, quiet, best nights rest in a long time. Good breakfast. I am traveling on a motorcycle. Doing 4,000× miles. Stayed many places. This one was first rate! Recommend this place to everyone. Especially if you enjoy good hosts, comfy and clean roo.s and a good night's rest.

Decent hotel for just a one night stop over outside of property looked junky, but rooms inside were decent with basic amenities

This was a highway pit stop booked on *******. Motel is under construction and not in an attractive location, but I received a clean, renovated, and comfortable room, and the price was right. Check in was by video and worked fine. Cable TV and wi-fi worked well.

Place was nice accept the rooms were not well cleaned and needed repairs. Was not happy how to check in or needing help with a employee not available at all times. Hard to understand Kiosk operator broken english

DO NOT STAY HERE . AC DOES NOT KEEP UP , CABLE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. Roaches . One must check in from a computer. Rooms smell like ashtrays . Service personnel are hard to find, bill your credit card an extra $100

Carpet very dirty and debris and food under bedside table, Bathroom was leaking very fast which only needed a washer, but we guess they are too busy to fix. Place was the cheapest in town and you get what you pay for.

Lobby had very strong odor of Lysol but looked dirty. Couldn't even see through windows. Room quite shabby with torn, dirty, and damp carpet and old furniture. Smelled like mold and mildew. Fridge rusty on bottom of door. Bathroom light made loud motor-like sound. Nearby guests made a lot of noise throughout the night. Surrounding area looked like a dump. And yet they charge exorbitant rates! Website has incorrect and missing information. We were cheated!

Dirty run down. Would not recommend. Staff not friendly. Breakfast included is a muffin. Period. How they get away with this is mind boggling. There was something that looked like dry crusty body fluids on the bedsheets with a hair in it. Gross. Two beds so I slept in the other.
