Hilton St. Louis at The Ballpark Reviews

Checkin was crazy. It was super busy due to the concert in town, so we checked in about 30 min early (3:30) but a room wasn’t ready. We were told we’d receive a text when it was. So we waited in the lobby. At around 5 pm, (the concert started at 6!), my husband went to ask and yeah, it was ready, and he was given the key. So…a bit frustrating. Idk how the property can expedite this process because the line to check in was almost out the hotel doors. For the price we paid for one night, it should be better. Online checkin or something. Room was ok. Nothing worth what we paid, but nice. View overlooked the stadium, so that was cool.

An amazing hotel to stay at with the kids!! Great location and great amenities for everyone!! Awesome views!

Took in the Baseball game between Chicago Cubs St Louis Cardinals. Great game and hotel location was oerfect.

Asked for soap and tissue, they never brought up. Toliet leaked and shower wasn't working correctly. Ruined a pair of shoes on bathroom floor. Room was hot with temperatures in the high 90s. Air was set and you couldn't adjust.

Was a wonderful stay for our anniversary. We had a great view. The location was the best.

Overpriced and overrated. It is across from the stadium which was nice. This is the most I’ve ever paid for a hotel room for one night and it was not worth the price. Sink drain was not working and they did send someone to fix it. Water was $3.50 per bottle. Fridge was unplugged. Just very basic.

I’ve got to be honest…I was hoping and expecting a hotel that was amazing for the price I paid. Our first room (fifth floor) was very dirty, dusty and the toilet was not clean and did not flush away. The view was of the car park. We requested to be moved and we were put on the 11th floor. The room was again very dusty - almost as if no one had stayed there for some time. Perhaps it was the very old air con unit which was massive. The view was better and at least the toilet flushed properly. The room overall was quite small and very dated. It was probably great in its time…in the 1980’s. The pool was in the other tower - and there was no changing space so if you had wanted a swim you had to walk across the massive reception area and walk over half a mile to get back to the room. The staff were not at all friendly or welcoming…I was on a road trip with my son travelling the Route 66. They seemed uninterested and utterly absorbed by their own conversations. The redeeming feature of the hotel was the 360 bar on the top of one of the towers - amazing views and good food…while pricey was great quality and service was impeccable. Overall I would recommend staying elsewhere and going to the 360 bar/restaurant for food and drink.
