Very convenient location to all services and foods, room has all the facilities and large room. Outside areas better to clean more.

Good location walking distance to beach and restaurants staff friendly and rooms clean. Nice pool and spa. Food at the Pub needs improvement.

Always enjoy stay at Rye hotel in Rye, it is at the best location in Rye. The room is clean and close to everything. Staffs are very nice, fast check in and out.

Good place to be close to Rye beach, affordable but lacks quality of service and staff can be rude. Particularly Mel at the restaurant was very rude.

What a lovely place to stay in..the room was spacious,the king size bed exceptionally comfy and the pillows the best I have ever slept on!The pool which was directly outside our room was clean and beautifully warm.Accommodation couldn’t  be in a better location.One little hiccup..the bathroom floor could have been cleaner and the grouting needs maintenance..a lot of old mould under the silicon.Wont put me off returning though!The staff were lovely.

Hotel location was great, about 5 mins walk to Rye pier. Room was spacious with poolside view. However the bathroom is small with tiny sink, and a opaque glass door that's hard to open or close. Spent one night only, so it wasn't a big deal to us. No lift, luckily we stayed on the ground floor, otherwise, we'd have to carry our big luggage upstairs. We also went to the pub after diving, but they basically serve alcohol drinks and very light food only so we went to another restaurant. P.S. Thirsty Camel bottleshop is just 1 min walk away, easy to buy drinks for the night.

In fact, the overall hygiene was good, but halfway through the sleep I found a spider hanging from the ceiling. Friend couldn't stand it and wanted to checkout as a result no one was there at the front desk. I just couldn't find a place to rest after soaking in the hot springs. I even drove to the city at night.

The room is large and furnished, but the sound insulation is average. You have to carry your luggage upstairs by yourself. Multiple rooms face the inner garden swimming pool. If you are afraid of small insects, don’t forget to close the sand net. There are many choices for food in the surrounding area.

The hotel has arranged the most comfortable location. As soon as you leave the garden view, you are at the entrance to the swimming pool. Moreover, your family's room is on the other side of the swimming pool and you can walk directly there. It is super convenient. The room is fully equipped with dishes and dishes, but the only cooking stove is a microwave. It is worth mentioning that hotel guests can get discounts when dining in the hotel restaurant. The food quality in the restaurant is also very good, so this discount is very useful. If it doesn't suit your taste, there are other restaurants and shops nearby, and the location is very good.

The normal room is much bigger than other rooms of the same price! It's just that there are very few rooms. It's a small circle around the swimming pool. It feels like a private apartment. It's quite bourgeoisie. It's not bad
