The location is good, at the central of the village. Convenient on purchase. Cleaning-so, so. Room small - expected. No bell boy - expected. Service bad. No one check the shower liquid, always at low level, need to ask two three times to get refill on shower liquid, even told the room keepers, still need to remind reception again and again. Reception always hiding in the room, difficult to find them. No tooth brush, no tooth paste, no hair comb, no soup, no hair dryer for the room. Noisy in the street expected but up to 1- 2 mid night too bad. window opening is too small to get fresh air, Wifi only free for 30 minutes, I stay here 3 days 2 nights only free 30 minutes. only one chair available for a double room. Kettle is dirty, full of water scum Shower curtain is too short, water comes out after shower. No drainage outlet. Bathroom full of water. No one remove them. Check out is the best (no need to check out). Really want the money back, will not come back any more.

Because the flight was delayed, I arrived at the hotel very late. There was only one room on the first floor facing the street. It was very noisy. When the car passed by, the whole bed was vibrating. Children and adults couldn't sleep. It was just the British summer and couldn't sleep. The windows are closed, so it feels very bad. The security environment in the area is also very bad.

Wow just wow almost had a fire outbreak because of there charger sockets on the bedsides at 4am luckily I was awake to the smell of burning and smoke coming from the plug socket which my.phone was plugged into, as I went to get it the whole socket set alight burnt my top pulling it out and plastic melted into my top along with a broken phone which now won't turn on at all! For me to tell them amd for them to say well them plug sockets got put in last month and you shouldn't be charging your phone through the charging sockets provided as they consume too much voltage for our sockets!!! OK then so y have type c and use chargers if nothing should be plugged in as responded you said this can become safety hazard and to not plug phones in.... no apologies no phone what a mess!! Let alone the thing catching fire that if I wasn't awake to pull it out and blow the fire out we would have ending up seriously injured not to mention the headache it caused from the burning smell.

Used to love going here but not anymore. Didn't feel sfe when going down for breakfast at all. The room we had felt like a prison cell sadly. The staff are nice enough but over priced for where it is. Hotel looks nice from the outside but inside has seen better days. Need a good freshing up of decore.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff, reported an issue to a lady named Zain at reception and she handled the issue swiftly with a smile will definitely use tethering services again. For the price it’s definitely worth every penny.

The Hotel doesn’t seem to have a system in place to ensure you get the room restocked and fresh towels. They say put the card request on the door. But it dint work 3 times running. Nobody cares or apologises. Sink was blocked when we arrived. But they did fix that.

The room we had was newly decorated, so much so that it reeked of fresh paint yet when we entered the window was firmly shut. The fan in the bathroom didn't appear to be working. Breakfast was horrible. Self-service of food that was delivered and then top-ups only seemed to happen in response to complaints. Cutlery was cheap. Coffee was poor. We paid enough to expect better. Car parking was £10/day extra and if you paid outside the 09:00 -09:10 slot and did not fix your sticker in person you risked a hefty fine.

Woken at 3:45am by fighting. Staff did not help, customers were screaming out the windows. when I went to complain the staff was laughing and joking with the people who had been fighting. Room smelt like cigarette smoke.

Great low rise hotel in a really convenient location for the O2. Clean and very comfortable and lovely friendly staff. Very secure, you need your key card to enter the corridors. The bar is open 24/7. Lovely breakfast for £11.50 with also the usual offerings. A few mins walk to the Woolwich Arsenal Pier where you can catch the Uber boat (scan on and off on the pier), 11 min journey through the Thames barrier to the O2 and get off right outside for just a few £. We got the 472 bus back from right by the O2 and you get off at John Wilson Street (about 17 stops/20 mins) then it’s a couple of minutes walk just round the corner to the hotel. We didn’t go into Woolwich itself but it’s much more affordable than more central hotels and easy to reach everywhere.

On our second visit to this hotel we again had a great stay. The staff were, without exception, really friendly and helpful at all times. It is really easy to get to the O2 on the 472 bus which is a 2 minute walk around the corner. The food we chose from the menu was really good and delivered with a smile. The newly refurbished room was warm and clean and the bed was really comfortable. We will definitely return.
