Hotels with Rooftop Pools in Anaheim

"We usually stayed at other hotel near Disneyland, but this time we picked Hilton and it was great! Except for the pricing, location and service are good. There is a shop on the left of the main entrance, and we got all food and drinks in that little shop. Starbucks is also in the building but it was crowded. This hotel is also very close to convention center, and it was very convenient for people who go to trade shows. I will definitely come back if the price is reasonable."

"I arrived late at night, and the sandwich trick didn't work. I was given a street-facing room which was a bit noisy. The hotel facilities are excellent, and there's a number 5 bus right outside that goes to the park; you just need to download the app and scan a QR code to get on, which is very convenient. My only minor complaint is that the toilet in my room was leaking slightly."

"Location was great but they charged too much for nightly parking for their own guests. They have a coffee machine but no stirrers even though we asked so we have to stir with our own toothbrush. We also have to ask for new cups everyday we stayed for 4 nights. No complains about the bed or pillows. Our parcel arrived 2 days ago but no one call us although they said they will. When we called them they said they didn't receive it. An inefficient postal handling I would say which is annoying. Will not stay here again since we have paid higher here with only a lower than medium service level."

"Upon checking into our first room, we found the lights weren't working and the refrigerator wasn't cooling. We immediately went to the front desk to request a room change, and the staff member there was very kind. However, the door to the second room we were assigned wouldn't open. We returned to the front desk, and a staff member came up to try and open it for us, but it still wouldn't budge, possibly due to a faulty key card. We were then moved to a third room, which was in even worse condition than the first one. The bathroom was incredibly tiny, and the room layout felt different. We ended up dragging our luggage from the 3rd floor, to the 1st, then to the 2nd, just to switch rooms, all while repeatedly waiting in long queues at the front desk. My friend and I were here for a fun trip, and we didn't want to let these issues ruin our mood, so we just decided to make do with the third room for the night. The staff members, to their credit, clearly tried their best and were very kind throughout. It's simply the facilities themselves that are the main problem here. On the positive side, the hotel's location right next to Disney was fantastic, allowing us to watch the Disneyland fireworks around 9 PM. I didn't even realize there was a pool; I would have definitely packed my swimsuit if I had known! They had unlimited popcorn by the pool, but unfortunately, kids had spilled it all over the hotel hallways, creating a huge 'popcorn party' mess that made it impossible to walk through properly. More effort into improving the facilities and overall cleanliness would be greatly appreciated. Apart from these concerns, everything else was excellent."

"The room's beautiful layout and interior design made for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The amenities, such as the gym, were also well-maintained and enjoyable to use. When the in-room coffee maker wasn't working, I requested hot water from the restaurant, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, which I greatly appreciated. A minor drawback was that the microwave was located inside the cafe, making it inaccessible during the evening hours when the cafe was closed. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed to find some dust on the hairdryer and a bug in the room."

"The advantage is that it is very close to Disney, a 15-minute walk; and free parking. But the service is hard to describe, the front desk is okay, but the room service is a mess, and they didn't even refill coffee and water, speechless"

"The hotel's location is great, and the rooms are quite nice. It's close to Disneyland, which is very convenient. Shopping nearby is also super easy. However, the hotel breakfast is pretty bad; I'd recommend eating out instead. What really stood out, though, was the incredibly rude behavior of some parking staff. We were treated very poorly on the day we checked out. We complained to the hotel, and they told us it was a third-party company."

"Within walking distance of Disneyland There are restaurants, Starbucks, and 2 supermarkets (Walgreens, CVS) right nearby (I personally do not recommend IHOP, but it is right next door.) Plenty of parking space. You need to check in to get a parking card (When you arrive, don't wander around the parking lot like me and the car in front of you and the car behind you, and park in front of the lobby first.) You can enter and exit the parking lot at any time with a barcode I stayed in a building that was like an annex, not the main building, and I didn't use it separately, so I think there is a pool, but I didn't get to see it. I recommend visiting with your family!!"

"I stayed there for Disney in California. The location is very good, and it's only a 10-15 minute walk to Disney, so even if I stayed at Disney until midnight, I felt safe because there were many people returning to the hotel. Towels were changed every day, coffee was refilled, and hair in the bathtub was also collected, so that was good. However, it takes some skill to use the shower! First, you need to pull out the temperature control lever to get water out of the faucet! Water doesn't come out just by turning the lever! It requires a lot of strength, so be careful as it will slip with wet or soapy hands! When you pull out the lever, water comes out of the faucet below, and if you pull up the knob on the top of the faucet, it will switch to a shower. You can adjust the temperature by turning the lever, but if you turn it too much it will go back to cold water, so please adjust it. Also, a cockroach appeared in the shower room. I didn't know how to use the shower, and I couldn't get rid of the cockroach, so I called the front desk and they helped me. They said they would send maintenance, but no one came after about 15 minutes, so I ended up going to the front desk to call them. The front desk staff seemed to have contacted maintenance immediately, but the maintenance staff never came right away, probably because they were always out somewhere. We played until Disney closed, and to be honest, I was very tired of the room problems that occurred after that. Maybe because we called the front desk a lot, on the last day, they left cookies in the room as an apology. 😅 It takes a while for someone to come, but they will respond if you request it, so if there are no problems with the room, you can go to Disney within walking distance, it is cleaned, and I think it is a good price for a hotel where you just sleep."
