It would be best if we could bring our baby with us and see if there were places for her to play. We happened to see a sand pool, grass and children's facilities in the map of Weilai Village. And the room we chose had a baby bed and a baby quilt, because she usually likes to sleep in a small bed, which hit my needs at once! ! ! Everything is perfect! ! We booked it directly when there was still more than two hours' drive from the B&B, and called in advance to confirm the room and whether there was a baby bed in the room! ! The staff of the B&B knew that we had a child and upgraded the room type for us, and gave the children small gifts. They were very enthusiastic and patient! ! ! We stayed for one night and had a really good experience. The next day, the boss told us that it was the day for the village market next to us, so we went to join in the fun! ! ! Moreover, the entire homestay village has a lot of historical heritage. It is the former residence of the Governor of Yunnan and Guizhou, a famous official in the late Qing Dynasty. The entire homestay is renovated from the old residence! Children can have fun in the village! Very suitable for family travel. The village is very close to various scenic spots in Xingyi, and it is quite convenient to go anywhere. If you come to Xingyi scenic spots, I especially recommend staying here! ! I took pictures of every detail in the room. It was cleaned very cleanly without any odor. Some room types have bathtubs. The owner of the homestay also thoughtfully prepared a bath bag and put alcohol wipes next to the toilet! The water temperature is enough for bathing, and the water pressure is also very high! The towels are also very soft, and bathrobes are prepared, and the disinfection is in place! The mattress is also very comfortable to sleep on. If there are not enough quilts in winter, you can see that there are spare quilts prepared for everyone in the cabinet! Very humane! ! ! You can watch movies and cartoons on demand on TV, and the air conditioner is also very powerful! ! The experience was really good. I originally planned to stay for a day during transit, but I really liked the stay so much that I stayed one more day and visited all the surrounding attractions! ! "It was a very special hotel reservation and stay experience. If you like popular hotels, you can learn from me and make a reservation nearly a year in advance (the hotel order was so early that I almost couldn't find the order to write a review)! You can enjoy preferential prices during the National Day holiday! Even so, there are still many services and experiences, I like it very much! Three nights were arranged, and there are still many places to go around. There is a delicious bedtime sweet soup every night, souvenirs when leaving, exquisite ethnic costumes, blue dyeing handmade experience, and a large balcony on the third floor with a super beautiful view. The hot spring in the backyard is the only place I haven't experienced. There is only one problem, that is, the faucet and bathroom shower head take too long to produce hot water. The weather has turned cold, and the process of waiting for hot water is not very pleasant."

"Priced at over 3,000 (CNY implied), this B&B aims for excellence and uniqueness, which is certainly no easy feat. The stunning photos were definitely what drew me in, and indeed, the location and scenery truly lived up to expectations – absolutely breathtaking and eye-catching. However, the service aspect definitely needs improvement. It shouldn't be too difficult for every staff member to offer a warm smile, should it? (The female staff, however, were generally pleasant). As for the 'butler service,' I was only contacted on the day of my check-in. We ended up waiting almost ten minutes in the parking lot, and only after inquiring in their group chat was someone sent to pick us up and assist with our luggage. Despite them knowing I was traveling with a child at check-in, I still had to proactively request children's toiletries and slippers in the evening. To top it off, the kids' toothbrush kit was even missing children's toothpaste. It's currently peak season, and the B&B is fully booked daily. This might explain the apparent understaffing; one young woman I saw in the evening looked completely overwhelmed and flushed from work, making me hesitant to bother her with additional requests. On a positive note, the bedding chosen by the owner deserves special praise – it was incredibly comfortable and perfectly suited for families. As frequent family travelers, this is only the second place we've stayed (the first being in Japan) that genuinely felt appropriate for our needs. The main issue regarding cleanliness was the excessive number of insects. While some bugs are expected in such a setting, finding cockroaches in the room was definitely a major turn-off. I even encountered a live one while showering (it scared me witless!) and quickly flushed it down the drain. The next morning, I found a large, nearly-dead one (on its back, antennae still twitching) on the bathroom floor by the sink – which at least indicates they do use pest control. Nevertheless, sharing my space with cockroaches was far from a pleasant experience. We chose not to bring these issues up during our stay as we wanted to focus on enjoying our trip, but the cockroach situation is simply unacceptable for most guests. I also sincerely hope the staff's proactive service improves. Despite these drawbacks, I would still consider staying at other Fengxi properties in the future, as the owner clearly has excellent taste."

"One of the best hotels in Xingyi, located near a large square. There are several small shops selling mutton rice noodles and noodles around, as well as sour soup fish, all of which are great. The hotel is grand. From the lobby elevator to the corridor and the room, there is a sense of design. The bedding is also comfortable. Breakfast is OK except for the Western food. I didn't expect to live in a 4.5-tier city with such a high cost-effective hotel. It is worth praising that the hotel does not chase guests for good reviews like some hotels do, but quietly provides good service. Guests will provide real feedback like me"

"The hotel boasts a convenient location in Shangnahui Village, just a short distance from the entrance. The view from our balcony was excellent (as captured in the first photo). The owner was incredibly friendly, kindly providing an extra bed free of charge and even gifting us two local souvenirs upon our departure. For exploring Wanfenglin, most attractions are easily accessible from the street directly in front of the hotel. I highly recommend renting an electric scooter (I rented a 3-4 seater for 150 RMB a day during peak season, to be returned by 10 PM). It's very convenient, but do be aware that the roads are quite narrow and can often get congested. Always carry an umbrella, as sudden rain showers are common here. If you have sufficient time, I suggest taking the sightseeing bus for a panoramic view of Wanfenglin; the scenery is absolutely stunning."

"I stayed there for many days in total and took a lot of photos. I feel very happy every time when the breeze blows in during my nap. This is not a commercial center, and the farmers’ own rice fields are right at the door. It has its own tranquility. I really like the long cement path at the door, where I pass by the indigenous people, their dogs and children. In the afternoon, some people took a nap on a hammock in the middle of the road, and there was a monument to the merits of road construction next to it. Walk a few steps forward, turn right and then turn left, and you will see beautiful rice fields and vast Wanfeng Mountains. For me, this place is just the right distance from the hustle and bustle. The room is very clean, well-planned, all the supplies are of good quality, and the room is very big! I have high requirements and am quite sensitive about the accommodation environment.
