The highlight was definitely the floor-toceiling window; lying in bed, you could gaze out at the rolling hills, and your mood would instantly lift. The room also came with a private hot spring tub, directly fed by natural hot spring water from Naxi Hot Spring, sourced over 2000 meters underground. A soak in the evening left our skin feeling silky smooth, relieving fatigue and providing pure relaxation. Regarding the service: Contrary to some online reviews, the service was truly exceptional. A butler contacted us even before check-in, and the one we had was incredibly thoughtful. They helped us plan our itinerary, arranged electric buggy transfers, and were very quick to respond, making us feel very well taken care of.
