地理位置絕佳，房間佈置温馨舒適，小陽台曬太陽很cozy。前台很熱心幫忙訂半夜出發的出租車。唯一不足前台衹有一定時間會在。check out時電梯壞了，20公斤行李徒手搬下四樓。

Lao ban n I went to Rome to check in more than 19:00 and asked me to pay 40 euros more. I had already asked me if I would be late to Rome, but when I went to the airport, I replied that I would add money! I originally decided to be the most expensive room in this hotel! When I got there, I couldn't even get the windows! Later, I was looking for Ctrip to communicate and said to upgrade the room, but it would take 20 Euros a day! Ctrip agreed to bear the cost! Although I finally changed the room that was satisfactory, I wasted time in the middle! There are still rooms that are hygienic every day, but the paper towels are used up and not added... The heating can't be used, the air conditioner has no effect...

The location is not far from the Spanish steps, and the commercial street is out. The room was clean and tidy, especially the bed was large and comfortable. The room heating is sufficient. Snacks and soft drinks in the coffee bar are free.

The location is very good, just a few minutes away from Plaza de España, downstairs is where all kinds of big names gather. The rooms are clean and tidy. You can live in such a big room at this price in the city center. I really have to say that the price/performance ratio is super high, and the best The main thing is the service of the landlord. I really want to give ten thousand points. The car I rented encountered a problem on the road. He personally drove to my location to pick us up, help us deal with the crisis, and give us the most suitable advice. When we were upstairs, we all couldn’t bear to help us carry the huge 4 suitcases by himself. He planned to do it himself, but he firmly refused and told us lady first. He really couldn’t express his gratitude to him.

Spacious room and bathroom. They offer fruits as complementary welcome gift which was great gesture. Perfect location, being very close to to Spanish steps and a lot of shops and restaurants, always to walk to major tourist sites. Be mindful of that they charge extra fees for late check in. Staff Hafiz was supportive.

I understood that it would be a little inconvenient as the accommodation is not always staffed, but I told them that they didn't explain the locking system properly when I checked in, that there weren't enough towels (the neighboring guest had told me), and that there weren't enough towels (there weren't enough towels for everyone, so I asked for more), but they didn't respond. I also asked them by phone, but I was disappointed that they yelled at me.

Fully enjoyed the stay staff were kind. new towels everyday no issues with most things. However the shower was knackered and stuck way too low… not the most luxurious room. Windows very old. so lots of sound from outside coming in early morning. on the whole though friendly good service… but a little pricey for what you get though.

Daniele was really professional and kind enough to check in on us to make sure we were able to check into the hotel as we have a train delay when getting to roma termini. The hotel location is top notch.
