I recently stayed at an amazing aparthotel in Rome and couldn't recommend it enough!
The beautiful front desk lady was incredibly helpful and patiently explained all the details of our stay. She even spoke perfect Chinese, making communication completely seamless. What a pleasant surprise!
After check-in, she even sent us important information via WeChat, including nearby restaurants, pharmacies, and emergency contact information. This was a real relief for those of us who don't have access to many messaging apps abroad!
The location is incredible! So many attractions are within walking distance. For more distant destinations, the bus stop downstairs is a hub, providing easy access to everything.
The room was absolutely amazing—spacious, well-equipped, and even allowing for self-catering. There's also a supermarket nearby, making it incredibly convenient for groceries. Perfect for both sightseeing and a short stay!
For those visiting Rome, take my word for it: this aparthotel is the perfect choice. It's a truly memorable experience and you won't be disappointed!
Breakfast is served across the street from the bakery and there is also a variety of coffee. The hotel is clean and tidy, with a good location, close to the Plaza de España and the Trevi Fountain. In short, it is recommended.

Don't book a family suite with a balcony. The room description says it has 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, which can accommodate 5 people. In reality, this room type is just two standard rooms connected externally, and the so-called ”1 living room” is actually just a small entrance outside the room, about 1 square meter. The fifth person does not live in the living room, but on the bench against the wall in the room, which is about 60 cm wide. Even a sleeping child may roll down. The room is very small and there is no way to add an extra bed. On the contrary, other standard rooms in the hotel are larger than this suite.
I negotiated with the hotel through Ctrip, but Ctrip also booked the hotel through an agent and had no right to influence the hotel's decision. The hotel manager also asked me to go to the front desk and discuss with his staff. So the hotel raised the price and bypassed Ctrip. It charged me the same fee as Ctrip for adding a room to accommodate five adults. The total price of the hotel booking 2 rooms for 5 people on the same day was more than 10,000 yuan cheaper than the price of one room in the family suite I originally booked. This is simply the biggest humiliation for people like me who plan ahead, book in advance, and follow the rules😤The only two advantages of this hotel are: 1. It is very close to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, 3 minutes and 8 minutes walk respectively, and 2. The hotel is very new, but the design is not reasonable. This kind of small commercial hotel is actually more like a larger B&B. The design and layout of the room are not standard and do not guarantee the most basic functions (there is no door in the shower room, and the water will flood when taking a shower, which is very unsafe). It is not suitable for families. Finally, my suggestion is to stay in international chain hotels as much as possible. It may be in a good location or old, but they have the most basic management standards. Although there are certain differences between countries, there is still a minimum bottom line.
If you book a cancelable room on Ctrip, please be sure to search for the real-time price of the same time and room type before the latest cancellation date. If it is lower than the price you booked, remember to cancel the original reservation and rebook, otherwise you will lose a lot like me😢
The ceiling was wide and wide 々, and even three people were able to relax enough. He contacted me before the trip and the response was good.
I thought the Tritonne Top House was a hotel, but the location is different depending on the type of accommodation room, so I think it's okay if you pay attention to it.
It is recommended in a pretty good location, about 5 minutes walk to Plaza Spain and about 15 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain.
Location is great for exploring Rome on foot, the hosts were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast they serve in your room is a great plus, they also have coffee, water and croissants available throughout the day. BUT it can get very noisy at night because there’s a cafe and a noisy via del Corso just down the windows.
Highly recommend this hotel! The location is about 7-8 minutes walk from Plaza de España and about five or six minutes from the fountain. Although the hotel is in an alley, the surrounding area is very lively, with restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. Because the decoration looked new, I booked it. I didn't expect that there was a spa bathtub (very large, two people can take a bath together) and a sauna in the room. On the first day of stay, we were given champagne as a gift. The breakfast was also an Italian-style breakfast, which suits my taste.
I think the service is impeccable. First of all, from the check-in, all the staff are very gentle, careful, and patient. They will introduce the hotel facilities and the operation methods of some functions in the room, and also recommend references such as surrounding food and transportation. The main thing is that the guy at the front desk is very handsome hahahaha 😂
We needed to get up early to catch the flight on the morning of our departure, so we asked in advance if they could prepare breakfast for us. They not only packed it for us and sent it to the room, but also gave us a cup of coffee☕️
All in all, if I go to Rome next time, I will definitely continue to stay here!
The size of the room and the facilities and sanitation are good, because it is an old house, the sound insulation is not very good, and the sound of walking upstairs in the bath is very clear. The location is very good, the disadvantage is that because it is located in the downtown area, the environment is noisy, and the heavy metal music played by the store downstairs for soliciting business can be heard clearly. Breakfast is relatively poor, cake bread and so on are repeated for the guests to eat after one night or even two nights, because we stayed for 7 days, so we feel really good, we can remember yesterday's food variety, today eat what was not yesterday.
The hotel is very cozy and comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful, they responded to our questions quickly and even helped us call a taxi when we needed it.
The location is perfect, very close to major attractions like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps — we could walk to almost everything!
I’ve already recommended this hotel to my friends, and if I ever visit Rome again, this hotel will be the first place I think of.
Truly a gem in the heart of the city — clean, quiet, safe, and full of warmth.
Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so special!

FFlorence_621Very satisfied, the hotel room is large and very clean, the service is good, the bedding is very comfortable
TTakakoI felt it was inconvenient that I couldn't get a taxi to the front of the hotel entrance because the road was narrow, but it was good that the porter carried my luggage to the place where the taxi arrived on the way back. The room stayed in a suite, so it was perfectly substantial and very good.
ТТGreat location. Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, boutiques - all within walking distance. Metro is 5-7 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants nearby where you can have dinner and breakfast. I do not recommend breakfast at the hotel. Expensive and inedible. The room is small but cozy. I had to buy shampoo, since there was only shower gel in the room. But these little things did not spoil the impression of the hotel.
GGuest UserStaying in an 18th century hotel was a historically and culturally beautiful experience. The hotel rooms were modern and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location is 1 minute away from the magnificent Trevi Fountain. It was an extremely happy experience for us.
GGuest UserThe deluxe version of the room has 2 large beds, which is ok for a family. It is similar to a 2-studio room, which is very good👍. The location is also in the center, which is very convenient for shopping and strolling! recommend.
GGuest UserThe overall room is relatively clean, the space is large, and the location is very good. It is very convenient to go to some surrounding attractions. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. People coming and going at night will not feel scary. The only drawback is that it is a little noisy at night because It faces the street. I slept with headphones on the first day, and the sound from the street was very noticeable.
GGuest UserThe bedroom was a bit dated and the bathroom was very tired with black mildew on the shower grouting. Bed very comfortable and I slept well as my room was not on the front of the hotel. Staff very nice and helpful. Location is great.
