When I arrived it was 8am and our check in time was 3pm. The let us early check in without any extras. The location is perfect, house keeping is perfect, the people working at the hotel are the best on all my hotels experience. Well done and keep this level of service.

Maalot Roma is a particularly good hotel. From the moment you check in, you can experience the ultimate service. The room rate includes breakfast, and the welcome dessert and coffee are very good! The hotel staff also introduced the room in detail. The hotel is very close to the Trevi Fountain and is within walking distance, which meets our needs to take photos early in the morning! All in all this hotel deserves to be a five-star hotel!

It was a very bad experience. I chose this hotel to be closer to the Trevi Fountain. When I checked in, a tall middle-aged woman clearly discriminated against Chinese people. I was an adult with two children. She insisted that only two people could stay in a room, not three. She insisted that we open another room, otherwise the other child could not stay. It was obviously no different from robbing money. I wanted to refund the previous room but couldn't. I had no choice but to open another room, which cost more than 3,000 yuan a night. I called to ask for a kettle, but the waiter pretended not to understand and refused to send it. I asked for a quilt, but it took a long time to deliver it. The service was super bad.
