Excellent overall except no kettle

Great hotel in a great location. Very clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast option. Check in was very easy. Excellent restaurant options in the area. Termini (central station) and main attractions within walking distance.

This hotel has an elevator, is very close to the train station, and has a Chinese restaurant nearby.

Other than the location, the worst. The air conditioning is broken.

I was shocked. I don’t know if it was because the hotel was not hygienic enough or if there were lice. After sleeping on the hotel bed, a small pimple appeared on my body and my whole body was itchy. The facilities are very old and not up to standard.

Next time you can go to breakfast. The service is also good. If you have a chance to go back to Rome, Italy, you can go to this hotel again. The transportation is very convenient. It’s very close from the train station to the hotel. It’s only a few minutes’ walk away.
