The room is immaculate and offered stunning city view.  I particularly appreciated  Jessie who came to comfort my son when he lost his balloon.  Throughout our stay, your team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The facilities in the room are generally clean and normal. Only some areas, such as the steam room, jacuzzi, etc., have room for improvement. Check-in is easy and quick, and there is a lot of room for improvement in the equipment maintenance of the room. For example, some plastic pillar materials will be loose and make swinging sounds, some sockets such as HDMI or all power sockets will not work, and the garage door will make abnormally loud noises when it is closed. There was too much movement when the cleaning staff entered the public place in the morning. For example, the sound of closing the door after cleaning was very loud, etc. The front desk staff are very polite and respond quickly when dealing with inquiries and problems.

You can see the swimming pool right out the door (but you can't go down directly). The room is comfortable and clean. There are also washing facilities, which are quite complete. Service: There are two simple breakfasts, which the waiter will deliver to the room in the morning. I ordered a barbecue meal for two in the evening. I notified the waiter half an hour in advance to prepare it. When ready, go to the big tent to eat. It may be rainy on the day of check-in and it is not a holiday. There are fewer people. We were the only ones in the whole tent, it was so simple and relaxing~ Mosquitoes are inevitable in outdoor areas, and the waiter also thoughtfully ordered mosquito coils✨ Others: If the weather is good, you can go for a walk in the nearby Yakou Village. It was rainy that day, so I drank coffee at the nearby Yusheng Cafe before checking in. The interior decoration was very photogenic when taking photos🌵

Generally speaking, Anhui Yigu has a good environment and a strong overall hotel design. It may not be opened for a long time, and some interior decoration details can be more refined. It is recommended that the price difference setting between different room types can be optimized. The pool is a highlight, and the whole family has a great time in the pool. And because there are trees by the pool, it is cooler. But there are more corresponding insects, and the cleaning of the poolside lounge chair cushion needs to be strengthened. The breakfast included in the hotel was slightly rough, and the most unfortunately there was no coffee. But the Cantonese tea snacks in the hotel restaurant are very authentic and the whole family is well received. The service staff is very good, especially Miss He is busy, and we are thoughtful, so that we have a comfortable experience.
