Friendly front office. Staff 一亦 very friendly. Near walking street. Not so many places for breakfast nearby. Nice lobby with many books. Room comfortable.

The room very clean and the bed is really huge , so spacious. So sweet that they provide fruits , this is my second time to visit. I must come back as reasonable price with nice hot springs

I don’t know if it’s not good for insulation on the top floor. But the flaws are not concealed. In general, this hotel is particularly humane. I will choose to live next time I come to Zhongshan.

We took the urban rail train to Zhongshan Station, so we chose to stay at the Qingzhiyun Hotel, a four-star hotel in the Torch District closest to Zhongshan Station. Take a Didi taxi from Zhongshan Station for about 12 yuan to the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes by car. The hotel has only been open for 4 years, and the decoration and furniture are very new. Since the founder of Qingzhiyun Hotel particularly likes blue and white ceramic artworks, the decoration style of the entire hotel, from the hotel entrance wall, lobby, room tea cups, and bedding, are all based on elegant blue and white ceramic patterns! This gives a calming, refreshing feeling. The buffet breakfast is fresh, rich and delicious. The only thing missing is tea and coffee drinks, hope this can be improved. Check-out time is 2pm, which is worth praising 👍 The hotel staff are friendly and polite. There is a ❤️ fruit plate for free in the evening, which is worth praising👍

There are a few Atour hotels in Zhongshan. We meant to book the one close to Xingzhong plaza - the one in Fuhua Road but mistakenly booked this one because of the ”Xingzhong Plaza” in the name. Hotel is located further from shopping malls and restaurants. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet is separate from shower so more efficient as 1 guest can use the toilet while the other can shower. Staff is polite and helpful, esp the staff on night duties. Hotel offers free porridge supper from 9.30pm to 11pm - good for those who had early dinner and are hungry by 10pm. Laundry room needs more washing machines and dryers - currently only 3 machines and dryers for entire hotels. So, may have to Q to do laundry late into the night.

The room was clean and the front desk was fast during check-in. However, staff training needs to be strengthened. It was nearly 11:30 in the morning on the day of check-in, but I couldn't open the door of my room. Didn't anyone check this problem before selling the room? But I didn't say much, and had to carry a bunch of things downstairs to find the front desk again. I asked the front desk to change my room but she refused. I didn't understand and she didn't explain. She asked me to go upstairs and asked the housekeeping department to help me. The housekeeping staff came and said it was a battery problem, and I asked them to change the batteries now. But she refused me, saying that she had to get off work at 12 o'clock, and asked me to go to the front desk to find someone to open the door for me if I wanted to go out? ? ? ? ? ? ? She said it was very troublesome for her to go to the 7th floor to get the tools? ? ? ? ? ? After I directly refused her many times, she went reluctantly. He came back after a while and replaced the battery in less than two minutes. So what were you being so stubborn about before? Is it intentional to make people uncomfortable? Hope it can be improved. Apart from the staff, I think the hotel facilities are very nice and beautiful. The bed is also comfortable and I slept very well! It's very close to the nearby food streets and attractions. Overall, I would go there again.

I recently stayed at the Atour Hotel on Zhongshan 2nd Road (中山二路亚朵酒店) and had an overall positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel's decor was stylish and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. One area for improvement is the language barrier. The staff at the hotel did not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging at times. However, they were always polite and tried their best to assist. Despite the language barrier, my stay at the Atour Hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to travelers who are comfortable with some language challenges and looking for a pleasant stay in Zhongshan.

There is no parking in the hotel lobby. You can only park on the roadside or go to the underground parking lot of the nearby community if you take a taxi. This is not very convenient because Zhongshan often rains. The worst thing is the hotel breakfast. I had a stomachache after eating it. It is open until 10:30, but when I went at 9 o'clock, all the dishes were cold. The aunt at the breakfast front desk was still on duty. She couldn't speak Mandarin and didn't know anything. The most praiseworthy thing is the hotel front desk. Every front desk staff is very patient, easy to communicate with, and very enthusiastic. Although the front desk is small, I feel that this hotel is still okay because of them. I will not eat breakfast in the future.

We went back to Zhongshan to visit some of our relatives, we booked this hotel because it is very convenient to everywhere and is at downtown. You will find snacks nearby, supermarkets and 2 major shopping malls. We booked the 60 sq. meter room but being upgraded to 90 sq. meter with executive lounge access. Not only this, the next day we were stuck at Zhongshan because of the strong wind, ferries all closed, the hotel offered us the same price booked for 60 sq. meter but still upgraded us to 90 sq. meter. This is actually very generous. Thank you team and taking care of us during our hassle.

The hotel is located at the city center of Zhongshan which is quite convenient to go to most of the tourist sites. The breakfast is good with varieties. I will stay again next time I visit Zhongshan.
