Hotel is overall very good, staff is very polite and helpful, especially 嵐upgraded my room without any extra cost as he said my room is a bit too small.

 The real thing is in line, the room is very spacious , there is free parking,  convenient transportation, close to many restaurants, will come next time.

Although the price is a bit expensive ~ but overall it is really good! First of all, the location is excellent. Lihe Plaza is nearby. There are several convenience stores downstairs, as well as a billiards room, an Internet cafe, and a Korean barbecue that looks very good! The hotel is newly renovated, mainly in a nostalgic style, simple and beautiful! The room was very clean and well-equipped. The only thing about it was that the towels were new and very lint-free. Service staff 07 and the lobby managers are very enthusiastic and attentive. There is also a robot to deliver food!

It was my first time to visit Zhongshan Hot Spring Hotel, an old five-star garden-style hot spring hotel. It was partially renovated in 2023. This time I stayed in Cuiheng Garden, which was not renovated. The hygiene and hardware were well maintained, the environment was very quiet, and the hot spring water was very good. The whole hotel was in a large oxygen bar. Although the garden was in the style of 20 years ago, it was well maintained. The parent-child park and farm are very suitable for taking children to play. Thanks to the reception of two colleagues Liang Guanxin and Ou Guozheng at the front desk. I had a very pleasant holiday stay experience~

The location is great for Zhongshan Hotspring Golf Club for golf. Quiet neighbourhood, staff are friendly and helpful. No house phone but not a problem as we were connected with housekeeping and front desk via WeChat. Nice to be able to sit and chat in the courtyard for a drink in the evening. Although there is no restaurant service except pre-ordered breakfast (which we enjoyed), there are a few nice restaurants nearby and small cafes in the village.

Very friendly staff and they really try hard to satisfy your needs. However the hotel is located in an older town area and hotel needs updating. It is conveniently close to some food restaurants and about 25 min walk to a mall where you’ll find shopping, good eats and fun. Thumbs up to Atour staff and Atour hotel.

In fact, it is not a hotel. It is an apartment unit that ordinary residents will rent. One of the rooms is the reception desk. The rooms for tourists are located on different floors. Suitable for a travel, just like an ordinary rental unit. The room is dressed as a hotel room. The toilet is a bit old. The environment outside the room is more complicated because there are units for business and other customers. The little brother in charge of the reception is very good.
