Friendly staff, there is a filter for drinking water and also microwave. Room was really good and quiet. Private bathroom also clean. Rooms are cleaned every morning with new towels. And also there is a coffee machine 2€ for each. Within 1.5km walking distance there is a big mall( Aéroville ) there you will find everything including big Auchan. Highly recommended.

It was perfect for me to get some sleep before catching my flight. They have a shuttle bus that take you to the airport. Very convenient. The room was not too big. But it was cleaned and just the right size for one or two people. Free breakfast and wifi.

Finally, the shuttle driver of another hotel saw that I had waited for so long in the wind and rain, so he enthusiastically asked for the hotel's phone number. Thank God, someone finally answered the phone this time, and I was told: The airport pick-up to the hotel is only from 5 to 9 pm every day, with a bus every half an hour! My goddess! This Ctrip overseas specialist service is really good, and they can't even figure out the time of the hotel's airport pick-up shuttle? Ctrip's customer service is really criticized! Not far from Charles de Gaulle Airport (2.1 euros for 6 stops on bus 27, about 12 euros for uber), if you want to catch the flight the next day, you can consider staying in this hotel, otherwise I really don't recommend it! The hotel's breakfast is typical bread/cheese/ham, without any vegetables... I stayed for a week and the breakfast didn't change every day. The sanitation of the room is OK, but the bathroom area is also very cramped. Special emphasis: The shuttle bus from the hotel to Charles de Gaulle Airport (only to T2) runs every half hour from 5 to 9 am every day. You need to scan the code at the front desk to make an appointment one day in advance, and the fare is EUR 7; The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel only runs every half hour from 17 to 21 in the afternoon, and the fare is also EUR 7. Friends who arrive at other times, please take a taxi or uber to the hotel, and uber costs about EUR 12. Don't wait foolishly at the ** hotel shuttle bus stop... Turn left from the hotel and 850 meters away there is an Aeroville comprehensive shopping center, which has a relatively large supermarket Auchan and several restaurants-I recommend a Thai restaurant opened by a Chinese. Compared with the buffet dinner at Campanile hotel, the taste is much better! The hotel room does not provide toothbrushes, slippers, and even 2 facial tissues are provided every day... There is no safe in the room, no ironing board... In short: I have lived a ”green planet” for 7 days...

I’ve enjoyed my stay at the Mercure hotel. The room was a bit too small but overall it was clean and well furnished. The easy access to the CDGVal (free automated shuttle) is a plus. Just be careful when you’re booking your taxi from Paris city center : there is another Mercure hotel a few minutes away !

The view next to the hotel is particularly beautiful. It's also very close to Charles de Gaulle Airport. Take the bus for five minutes. However, the hotel may have been built for a long time, and the items in the room are relatively old. I like the sunset here!🌄

I was bumped off of a morning flight at CDG and this Best Western allowed me to check-in early. The staff was super friendly and helpful the hotel itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The room was bigger than most Parisian hotels and there wasn’t a sound issue despite being only 5 minutes driving from the airport. Within 5 minutes walking there are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in town. I would definitely return here!

If transportation is inconvenient, try to choose another option. It costs 5 euros per person to go to the airport, so we have to take a carpool, which takes nearly 20 minutes and takes a long time to get to T2. A previous guest said that the bus was free, so he probably took it because the driver didn't check the ticket. Paying the fare is also troublesome. You scan the QR code to agree on the time and number of people and then enter your credit card information and personal information. It has nothing to do with the hotel front desk.

We were 3 girls there for 3 nights, we stayed in bedroom 222 and we complained as soon as we arrived that we had found some used mans boxers in the wardrobe, to the reception. The guy in the beginning did not understand what we were saying but eventually said “we will send someone up” no one came. Next day we went to the reception and complains again. The girl was very nice and apologized and said it would be picked up. No one came again… It’s a very nice hotel, comfortable to stay a few nights, nice breakfast and the people are kind but this left us wondering if the bedroom was actually clean… which we saw that the floor was not but you can understand how we felt… Before we leave we left there a note.
