Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace Reviews

I stayed 3 nights in a King standard and had their breakfast buffet - both room and food was very good. The staff were exceptional - friendly, polite and quick to make sure my stay was enjoyable. The business lounge was a great place to do some work. And I was very happy to use their gym which was available for both women and men all times. Their lobby lounge was also a nice space to relax. They hosted a cultural event for the Founder’s Day holiday which was nice to feel like we were part of the celebration. The neighbourhood also had many options for good eating. I would stay here again if I come back to Riyadh.

From check-in to check-out, my experience at this hotel was exceptional. The highlight was the staff—kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed. I highly recommend this property.

Don’t like this hotel at all. It’s like a 3 star hotel. My first and last here. Everything about this hotel is smell old and dirty. The areas also full with Bangladeshi, Indian or similars. Only the breakfast is great !

From the hotel, you can walk to the National Museum. If you go a little further, you can go to the National Library. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. There are also relatively large supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel, which is quite convenient.

Located in the south of the city, the facilities are old, it feels like an old three-star hotel in China. Although there is a bathtub in the room, it has turned yellow. The overall cost performance is not high. It is not recommended to include breakfast, which is more than 150 per person.

The room is very nice. The location is around Hefei Station. It is very convenient but there will be a lot of traffic jams. There are many restaurants next to the hotel so it is convenient to eat. You can walk to the city's attractions.

The hotel was not renovated in 2023, it is quite run-down and very small. In addition, the attitude of the service staff is quite poor, and the service level is very average. My clothes on the bed were taken away by the room cleaners along with the sheets. The breakfast is average. The reservation is 1500 per night, which is not cost-effective. Not recommended!

Very good, the bed is very comfortable; the breakfast variety is quite large and it is open until 10:30.
