There are not many types of breakfast. It is not recommended if you stay for a long time. The room is clean and tidy. You can add an extra bed for an additional fee! There is no business around the hotel.

The hotel is average, but Ctrip's customer service is really impeccable, it must be full marks 💯, I forgot the name of that customer service, the butler service is considerate and thoughtful, it is worthy of praise 👍

It's a bit far from the city, but everything about the room is good. There was a small incident. The agency made a mistake in the information submitted to the hotel such as my name and passport number. After repeated communication, the hotel changed my name.

I, a female solo western traveler, experienced excellent customer service from friendly staff throughout my stay, including accommodating an early check in and baggage assistance. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. There is a delightful garden area. As noted this location is somewhat isolated, but it met my needs very well.

Terrible way to experience Saudi. I stayed this hotel for a business trip. My business contact reserved it for me. Bad mistake. Checkin staff do not really speak English. And the lady I had was simply rude. This hotel does not have a concierge. I arrived here on a weekend. I asked the front desk about booking a tour to a nearby attraction. They could not and would not help. The reception lady just walked away from me. Separately, there is a Starbucks inside the hotel. But, u cannot charge your coffee to your room. This hotel is not for international / foreign travelers. This is my first of three nites here. Will update if there is any news.

This is an odd hotel. It’s weirdly located in an area where there is nothing nearby. The service is awkward and uneven. For example, two of the four days I had to ask to have my room serviced, and on the other days the housekeepers showed up at 7:30 pm after I returned from work. Awkward! Each day, I received a different collection of towels. One day, I got a bath towel and bath mat. The next day, two bath towels. The following day a wash cloth and two hand towels. It was so weird it was comical. There was no chair for the desk, only an ottoman. As I was traveling on business, I needed to work in the evenings and this wasn’t particularly conducive. It did have an adequate number of electrical outlets, though. The on-site restaurant was acceptable, which I appreciated since there were no options nearby. It was a bit pricey, though, for what it was. The restaurant service was friendly but not particularly attentive, which was surprising given how few guests they had. Overall, it was a decent place to sleep but not my favorite. Definitely not somewhere you want to spend a lot of time. There are better choices of hotel in Riyadh.

Really a five stars place and services. We had a wedding here and all arrangements with Miss Lamya was amazing. Dinner for guests was really delicious and organized well. We had couple of rooms and suites booked and all was really furnished well and so comfortable. The team in reception was so helpful and friendly and have the fastest response ever.

I was traveling to Riyadh to treat my son. I booked this hotel in terms of luxury. It is excellent, but the services and insulation are poor. Frankly, I do not recommend it. My son had surgery and needed a bed for him. They said there was only a large bed. I said, “No problem.” The last thing, after more than an hour, they brought blankets.
