There was no service because the reception was not staffed. Check-in via the self-service terminal was problem-free. No one was there at check-out either. The problem: what do I do with my room card? Very bad. Unfortunately, the room was a disabled room with no bathroom door. There was no shower cubicle or curtain, so not only was the entire bathroom flooded, but the area in front of it was too. A no-go.

Extremely dissatisfied. Collection of keys via a terminal, unclear information and additional costs akin to theft. When I wanted to complain, the receptionist reproached me for going online, telling me that I couldn't get a room, and the services were too expensive! Deplorable.
