Hotel Fine Shiga Ritto Reviews

Beautiful hotel but its far from anywhere, rooms its very big and difficult to find the address luckily we rent the car and used GPS to find location.

We didn't know that this is a love hotel and only realised it the day before checking in, as the check in is only from 6pm. The room is very spacious and we didn't mind the ****, condoms and lots of beauty products it came with. :D However, I didn't know that hotel rooms in Japan can allow smoking, so the strong cigarette smell in the room was very off putting. We put up a 'do not disturb' sign because we don't need cleaning daily. The second day I noticed some of the **** from the hotel were gone in our room but the room wasn't made (bed wasn't made, trash not emptied). I asked the staff and they said they removed it because they thought it bothered us. This was a bit weird to me, I'm not sure where they got the idea from and I don't know why they entered the room. It's also important to note that the train only runs once per hour most of the day (during some hours twice).

The hotel is located near JR Ritto station... about 200m away, the hotel is only for adults. I was a bit surprised, but after staying there, everything went well and was pleasant, even though the reception staff couldn't speak English, but they were all nice and friendly... the room was clean and all the facilities were pleasant... thank you Fine Ritto Hotel and Trip.com

The environment is good, just right for two people. The bed is also very comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The location is super convenient, it is very convenient to travel, and there is free parking. I will come again next time

Compared to the sky-high-priced hotels everywhere in Kyoto, this adult hotel next to JR Tehara Station is very cost-effective. It takes half an hour to get to Kyoto by JR. If you combine it with a tour of Lake Biwa, you won't have to detour.

I had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast is included for this price, so I have nothing to complain about. The parking lot is a little small, so if you have a large car, you can use the second parking lot.

I stayed here on a business trip, and I think I had a much more comfortable stay at this hotel, with its spacious rooms and ample facilities and amenities, than I would have had at a business hotel in the same price range. I was very satisfied.
