The room size is just right and the window faces Yuanbo Pier! After breakfast, we had a sumptuous dinner (see picture). We were picked up from the airport and helped transport our luggage to the hotel for the second night. Like the service at the hotel! The tall and beautiful front desk in the store is capable and gentle. Although she doesn't understand the language, she can communicate enthusiastically. There is a ********* beauty at the front desk who speaks Chinese and communicates very smoothly. She is very kind and likes her! Ctrip’s post-booking follow-up service is also praised for its patience and implementation! Rishiri Island and Rebun Island are mostly Japanese and ********* people come here on vacation. We seem to have very few Chinese people here. The streets are clean, there are few people, and the air is comfortable. It is recommended to stay here for two days. The three-hour bus tour on the island is also very good. After all, the transportation on the island is very difficult. Our driver's license does not allow us to rent a car and drive ourselves. The environment of the island is very good. It’s nice to walk around and soak in high-quality hot springs. It’s a short hike to the peak. The hotel can be recommended!

Location: The location is right next to the pier Room: Very clean and spacious. The water seems to be spring water and very clear. Food: Dinner is a Japanese set meal and breakfast is a buffet There are bicycles to rent, bathing in hot springs, and a free shuttle bus to the airport. If you want to take a tour bus to Rebun Island and Rishiri Island during the peak season, it is recommended to make a reservation two days in advance.

My experience at the Rishirifuji Kanko Hotel was very positive. Before booking, I had a few questions and called the hotel directly. Fujita-san was extremely helpful, and her welcoming attitude played a big role in my decision to stay here. I chose a “Japanese” room facing the port, and it was a delightful surprise. The room had clearly been renovated recently, featuring a modern and comfortable design. Contrary to the typical image of a "Japanese room" with sleeping on futons and sitting on cushions, this one had proper beds, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Others have mentioned the pillows—and they truly are incredible! I decided to skip the set dinner and instead took up a local restaurant recommendation from the hotel staff. It was delicious, and one of the staff members even offered to drive me there! That’s a level of hospitality that really sets this place apart. I did, however, opt for the Japanese breakfast (picture attached), which was far better than what I’ve experienced at most Japanese hotels. The Japanese bath was also a nice touch—while it didn’t have any special views, it was spacious and very relaxing. The location is unbeatable—right next to the port, with restaurants and cafes nearby, and within walking distance to hiking trails and other restaurants. The view from my room was great, with a nice view of the port and the mountain (you'll have to lean out the window a little- photo), adding to the overall charm. Rishirifuji Kanko Hotel may not be the Four Seasons, but it is a quaint, friendly, comfortable, and accommodating hotel that I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable and authentic experience.
