**Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!** From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to everything making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the genuine care from the staff. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Great location, downtown but walking distance to main tourist attractions, main shopping street and nearby many restaurants. Rooms are very clean and well designed. The team was great and helpful, veryy responsive. The food options at the hotel are not the cheapest however I think its very worth its value, i found it super delicious.

Clean room with good service

One of the best hotel stays ever, thanks Oscar and Michael for welcoming. The hotel is right next to harpa, which is easy to locate and convenient if you would like to walk around the city.

Everything about the hotel is good except the service. We have communicated with the driver to add a bed, but he still can't add it. The housekeeper is extremely inefficient and can't add a bed in 2 hours. If there are 2 people, there is no problem staying in this hotel. If you need an extra bed, be prepared. It is very difficult to add a bed and the bed is very uncomfortable.

Although the room is a little small and a little cold, the waiters are very considerate and friendly. The room environment is still recommended if you choose a hotel type stay in Iceland. If you are good at English, it is recommended to stay in a homestay for a better experience.

The room was OK, but breakfast was closed at 10.30, and we were not allowed in at 10.25. We ended up eating coffee and bread in the restaurant at our own expense of less than 200 yuan. We booked a breakfast package and ended up spending extra money. They were not very friendly to Asians, and we will not stay here again.

The view from the room is nice! The lobby is very design-oriented and the breakfast buffet is very good! If you come to Lei City, I recommend staying here. If you want to park, I suggest you find a public parking lot, which is cheaper.

The room is very beautiful and photogenic, but the window must be able to see the sky outside. I saw the Aurora on the top floor on the second day of staying in the hotel. I was very lucky. The hotel facilities are quite complete and the room is really big! The breakfast is worth eating, with many varieties, and the quality is beyond words compared to other hotels!
