This hotel has a noisy bar on the first floor, making guests uncomfortable. The front desk was dismissive and seemed discriminatory towards Asians, unlike their friendly attitude towards others. After receiving the wrong room, the staff blamed the Trip platform and accused me of being aggressive when I tried to resolve it, then threatened to call the police and evicted me without a refund. Despite my travels to over 10 countries, this was my worst experience. Parking is difficult, the room quality is poor, and the heating is noisy. Avoid this hotel due to poor service and disrespectful staff.

Good location, and there is a reman shop next to the hotel. The breakfast was great as well. 5mins walk from the free parking lot as well as the whale watching harbor. Of course it is not far away from the corner shops and bars. All the restaurants are 10mins walk away. Highly recommend!

The environment is very good. As the last night of the trip to Iceland, maybe because the whole journey was very happy, the last night was very comfortable.

Nordic style hotel, super safe. You need to swipe the room card twice to enter the room floor and elevator. Breakfast time is from 7 to 10 in the morning (included). The hotel has a free sauna for guests. It’s freezing in Iceland. It’s not too comfortable to use a sauna to cool down. There is a Japanese ramen restaurant in front of the hotel. If I remember correctly, it’s called Ramen Momo. It’s next to it. The famous Tintin Museum is very small in Leicester City and is very convenient to go anywhere. The nearby bus stop is bus stop 4.

Very good hotel There is a parking lot downstairs, which is located in P1, and the price will be relatively high. 

Awesome hotel, full of Nordic design. There is a coffee machine and Bluetooth speakers in the room, and the bath products are all local Icelandic brands; you can see the floating clouds in the harbor from the balcony; the breakfast is rich and the various sauces are very appetizing. ; Downstairs is a bakery, restaurant & bar, but the soundproofing is very good and it’s not noisy at all at night

First of all, when I first checked in, I found that the bed sheets were extremely dirty. After changing them, they were still a little dirty. My partner told me to forget about it. Maybe the house can only be so clean. Secondly, the next day we asked for cleaning, but the garbage was confiscated, hair was all in the toilet, and the towels in the toilet were not changed, so they folded a quilt and threw my pajamas on the bedside? ...Moreover, the hotel environment is really bad, the balcony is on the main street! The wind was so loud at night that I couldn't sleep at all. besides! The heating pipe is cold! So the whole room is not warm…..Finally! When I checked out on the last day, I turned off all the lights at 10 o'clock local time, but the check-out time was shown to be before 12 o'clock local time, which was equivalent to me finishing my luggage in the dark...

The location of the hotel is super good. Just a few steps across the road is the seaside pier. The cleaning staff are all young girls in their twenties. The Japanese ramen restaurant next to it is worth recommending.
