The maid knocked on the door several times one day. She knocked very early in the morning. I thought it was an alarm clock.

Had the worst experience when it came to noise from the room next door, seemed like they were on a drinking spree on a Wednesday. Couldn't reach the front desk with the QR code method so i had to call the hotel direct in order to reach them, a couple of times to make matters worse. After attempting to sleep from 8pm, they only managed to get them to lower it down at 23:20hrs.

The most awesome experience , staff was friendly and helpful the food was amazing! Definitely coming back here! Thank you so much complement to the chef with her amazing skills in the kitchen , a good time was definitely had , thanks once more

Everything is great including clean rooms, friendly staff and fresh breakfast. And, it's reasonable too. We're offered a sleeping couch at no cost for a family of 2 Adults and one child as our booking was only for 2 adults. The N1 was not so far.

The stay was very good. The environment was clean. Bathrooms clean, rooms very clean. Members of staff were accommodative and ready to help anytime you need help. The pickup transportations from the airport were done on time and the driver was very professional

Rooms to small and the TV is 17 - 19" I have never seen such a small TV Food has no variety and was bad Everything seems to be on budget even the glasses are the smallest I have seen. The coffee and tea brands in the rooms i have never seen before its not the reliable and trusted that I know. The passage was too loud and disturbing my peace

The rooms had ants, had to be moved to another one on the first night. Breakfast menu was boring and predictable since I was there for 5 days. Ordering dinner was a nightmare, I pre-ordered my meals but they were either wrong or incomplete or not ready when I collected. Shower water all over the bathroom as shower didn't have door in the disabled room, had to use a blanket everyday to stop water from running out into the room. I honestly didn't enjoy my stay as everyday there was always something to complain about at the establishment.

Not bad at all, good service. They warned us that there might not be water but luckily the was water,the night and in the morning. We also needed extra pillows and towels and they immediately brought us more,so was really happy with the efficient service.
