Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife for our ten year wedding experience staff were very polite very nice spacious room had everything we needed was very clean and the for the price we paid very happy with the outcome would definitely come here again x

Great location and close proximity of the city centre. Very basic breakfast for €18 each. No air conditioning available but a mini fan is provided in the room. Would recommend staying here if temperature is lower.

The room was clean and spacious. Kitchen and utensils was provided. Only 10 minutes walk to station. There was a big playground in the front of the hotel, also a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Just what the doctor ordered! definitely will be back.

Very good location, with restaurant, food store and supermarket nearby. It's convenient for sightseeing as well.

Terrible stay! Terrible sleepless nights and terrible breakfast. Keep away from this hotel! Stained bedding and leaking shower.

We stayed three people in the apartment, we liked everything, it was cozy and warm, the location of the hotel is good, the center of Paris is 30-40 minutes by Metro, you can also get there by bus, the area where the hotel is located is quiet and safe.

I used it for sightseeing in Paris. It was nice that the room was large and had a kitchen. There was also a set of cooking utensils, which was very helpful as I was on a long trip and wanted to cook for myself. The only amenities were body soap. I stayed for 4 nights and never had the room cleaned or changed the towels and sheets, but maybe they would do it if I asked. There was a machine to dry the towels, so I didn't have to worry about them being dry the next time I used them. The response from the front desk was also good. The station was within walking distance, and there were supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

No matter how hard I try to understand, I don't understand why they only give two towels every 5 days. There's a sewer smell when you open the bathroom and refrigerator, and the sink doesn't drain well.

It's very noisy because it's close to the road. They actually said it wouldn't be cleaned after staying for five days. If you need to clean it, you'll have to pay extra and have a deposit of 200 euros.

The room was good! Cleaning is paid separately.

We stayed 07 days and 06 nights at the hotel .... we had a problem with the door lock of our apt ( 321 ) , which lasted the entire period ... without regularization by the hotel administration . The problem was with the lock of our room.... we couldn't open the door with our card, given at the reception... every time we wanted to enter our room, we had to call the receptionist... that happened at least 02x a day ... and it took us +/- 20 minutes to get into our room, each time ... at night, it was worse, there was only one receptionist and everything was more difficult ... one of the nights, we stayed longer 40 minutes to get into our room... we couldn't find the receptionist (it looks like he was having a snack)... and we waited... until he arrived... went upstairs... dismantled the lock... and opened the door. door for us. Several times, I asked them to change the lock... or move us to a room... however, none of these suggestions were accepted. On one of the nights, one of the attendants, already embarrassed by the repetitive situation... wanted to please us, saying that breakfast the next day was on account of the hotel... we thanked him and went for breakfast... However , when I arrived in Brazil , I found that the same was charged ... perhaps due to lack of communication between them .
