It’s a very nice beach resort. Unfortunately,, the property has not been well maintained. The huge glass doors to the nice and relaxing balcony is not well oiled and so it is very hard (heavy) to open; worse they are not lockable. Apart from the bedhead has terrible stained the rest of the room is quite clean. Breakfasts included were very good, lots of of varieties and selection. This is the best part of my recent stay at this property I guess. Staffs were very polite although not as helpful most of the time. It’s a very huge property, has a lot of rooms but the occupancy rate is very low. I hope they don’t shut it down any time soon.

This hotel is very dirty, we must walk to the room near 1 km because the room is rather far from the lobby. The shower sounded very loudy when using. Room has terrible smell. Hair drier was not active. The breakfast is poor of protein food, multi of vegetable. Staff almost don't know how to smile or say hello to customers (except the door guard man). Long time for check out. Plus point is nice beach. Never come back this hotel again because of bad service and not well equipped, not clean room. This hotel is only deserved 3*

The nature, pool and seaside are beautiful. But most of staff dont know english so if not my vietnamese friend i couldnt explain what i wanted.

This is my third time staying in this hotel. The sea and the beach are right at the doorstep of the hotel, which is very suitable for leisure and vacation. I had Chinese food in the hotel, which was surprisingly delicious and not expensive. The room rate is also very reasonable. It is definitely worth staying!

It was a December trip, the weather was bad, and the facilities were very old. The basic facilities were available. Especially, it was right next to the sea, so the wind was very strong.

There is a little Jerry in the room. The waiter is friendly but his English is poor.

It's nice that all the staff responded so kindly. The swimming pool was in good condition and it was a good location for going out to the sea. Kiko Beach and coral reefs are also good, but Kiko Beach time is a bit short.
