This place is good for the price, you get what you pay for although the location is not the best by any means. There’s a lot of sketchy people hanging outside the hotel rooms at all hours of the night.

I stayed here once before and it was clean , but this time the room was disgusting and there were cock roaches , and the people that were staying there above me and just in the general side where my room was were loud all hours of the nite ! Will NEVER stay at this motel again!!

I came here while looking for a short stay near the Phoenix airport. It's about 10 minutes from the airport and there's an outlet mall nearby, so the location is really good!
