Good hotel for the price. Location is great, mrt just 3mins walk away and food options are a lot since malls are just across too. Buffet breakfast is okay not so many options but quite decent compared to most budget hotels.

The staff are nice small hotel but complete amenities like swimming pool.gym and restaurant. The food is okey not excelent but ok for it's price per room.will come back again.

Good locations. Very accommodating staff and the area was very clean.

Room service/Housekeeping service is very poor, isa lang yata yung housekeeping nung hotel jusko. I am with my baby, and nung 2nd night namin akala ko kung ako yung gumagapang sa braso ko, to my surprise ipis na maliit! So nagworry ako baka dumapo sa baby ko, nagpunta ako sa cr to wash my arms and hands at eto ang nabungaran ko, may ipis din sa sink. Juskooooo! Never again sa hotel na to 😤😤😤😤😤 DO NOT BOOK HERE KUNG AYAW NYONG MADISAPPOINT 😡

Overall it was ok. Towels and soap weren't ready inside the room and still have to request it in the reception

The location and rooms are good location are very convenient specially when you got hungry in the middle of the night you will just go out and a lot of food choices outside. Everything is really good but when it comes to their amenities its poor they don’t have even toothbrush and toothpaste it’s better if they have toiletries offer specially us tourist needs some toiletries. Their aircon is hot and their doors are broken i hope they can fixed it as soon as possible. So far that’s the few lapses but definetly we will go back here

The service can be frustrating, as it often takes several calls to get any support or assistance. On top of that, the hot shower isn’t reliably available, and the door repeatedly malfunctions every time we go out, adding to the inconvenience.

One of the staff randomly cooked chicken hotdogs for us in addition to the available foods in the buffet. Thanks po 🫶

Affordable and accessible to the heart of Araneta I will definitely recommend this hotel

Had a bit of mishap but thanks to the manager it was sorted alright and had my room changed.

The service has completely downgraded. We used to love this place but now, roaches are crawling on the bed, or wherever places on the room. We’ve also seen lots of roaches on the buffet area. Photos attached. I have called the reception to ask for toiletries and they’ll charge you for everything. Completely deteriorated.

This hotel has very nice rooms and amazing bathrooms...the gym and pool are awesome but the location is kind of annoying since the surrounding area is not attractive or nice....
