The hotel is nice and new. The room is clean with great beds and bathroom. There is just no office desk in the room so this needs to be considered by a business traveler.

We had a great stay at Solaire North. The hotel provided a personalized experience that made our visit special. From the attentive service to the well-appointed rooms, everything was designed for comfort. The staff was welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed.

Staff in this hotel are not well trained. They rush in to elevator before the guests. Room is not very clean. Hair found on bed and carpets have debris not being cleaned. Breakfast choices are below average with 5 star hotel.

We love the hotel. Everything exceeds our expectations. My kids love staying here. Everything smells so fresh. Far way different to all the hotels we have been to. Staffs are so hospitable, all willing to help and assist. We couldn't ask for more. I would just like yo special mention Daryl from the housekeeping department he always extends his helping hands to us specially me who has two children, always asking me and us if we need anything else and help he can gives us.
My kids are so happy staying here and we would definitely coming back. Thank you so much Solaire North.

Amenities and the room were top tier. The shower control was challenging to operate. It let out hotter water to the point of almost scalding me even if I turned the dial all the way to blue. Some fluke chance occurred that the water temperature slightly was reduced in heat, bearable enough to rinse. I typically enjoy hotel showers but because of that I did not shower before check out, fearing the same situation.
Fresh buffet is excellent, spacious, inviting, good botanical view outside the eating area; hindi masikip ang daan. I wish the bacon was smoke-grilled rather than fried. Bagoong rice was surprisingly satisfying. The variety of choices was good!

It was very great experience and comfortable to stay in this hotel. It's good to stay for couples. It has a lot activities to do and it was nearby only shopping mall. Only problem is the television in their room has too many restriction. We cannot watch netflix or other channels only selected channels. I need to call to their staff to have permision on it to chromecast my phone. It was a hassle when you need to chromecast again you need to call them. So I refrain using their television. Hopefully next time we will stay. They will allow it.

My first time to be on a holiday staycation. And i chose solaire north because its near my house and new. Expecting it to be high end just like their branch in parañaque which we experienced staying overnight twice on separate ocassions. But this time my expectations failed me. Though i had sumptuous dinner and breakfast. My stay is terribly bad. Other than the room is so small for a 32,000 charge, it is not sound proof. We can hear sounds from the other room (like cry of a baby). The staff are not well trained. I asked front desk if the ref in the room has sensor just like in okada she answered yes. So i did not open it because we brought in soda in small cooler but after the midnight countdown i opened it i found out its empty (no minibar set up). Cashier at fresh restaurant is slow. I waited almost an hour just to get my creditcard back plus the o.r. I reported the matter to d front desk early hour in the morning. When i checked out as a peace offering they told me i can stay up to 4 pm free of charge. And i answered back you should have told me earlier so i can arrange the time i am going to be fetched. Its really a bad day to start 2025

the sky bar lounge is under renovation and they failed to inform us regarding that. it should be indicated on their website.. (false advertising )
coffee shops both at the lounge and dragon bar does not have decaf . For a five star hotel and an expensive room price its safe to say that they need lots of improvements on this this part. they should be able to give the guests what they nee and want. having a decaf coffee is basic..
all the staff in the hotel are pleasing and accommodating..good job to the staff. the pool btw is great.
