Nice, clean and modernized. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. Not much food around the hotel is the downside but everything else is good!

The room was quite big and the decoration was quite elegant, but the hygiene and service were really average. It was almost 6pm when we arrived, and the room was not mopped yet. The floor was wet and the quilt was not clean, as shown in the picture. I called the front desk twice to ask for slippers for the children, and they said they would deliver them immediately. However, they were not delivered until the next morning, and they were not delivered until the third time I called.
