優點：離大學近，周圍是商圈，吃東西方便，隔音好，有免費WIFI，有陽台晾衣服，空間大，老闆熱情。
缺點：房間燈特別暗，廁所排氣扇壞的，拖鞋臭，屋內沒有一次性拖鞋，有點怕染上別人的腳氣，插座鬆動，空調有點吵，投影儀時好時壞的。
我覺得把缺點改進再加裝個洗衣機房費還可以漲二三十的。

民宿就在中駿世界城，靠近商場，旁邊還有萬達廣場，吃飯和買東西非常方便，可以逛吃逛吃，停車一晚50，距離非遺博物館、還是交通博物館、南少林寺和清源山都很近。

酒店所處的位置很好，窗視野不錯，床上常用品有點異味，有些衞生死角沒處理好，比如放沐浴露的架子下是粘粘糊糊的，服務態度一般，想加一床被單，説沒有備用的

在外面住很少給差評，這個酒店真的沒法説，被子是沒換的，枕頭是有頭髮的，地板都是灰塵臟東西，還有衞生間黃不拉幾的難評，來泉州旅遊第一次住到這麼破的酒店

房間面積大，有陽台；
衞生間四個燈鍵，衹有照明是好的，排氣都是壞的。
光線較暗，衹有兩個燈。空調老舊，空調噪音很大，開了和沒開一樣。樓道聲音有點大。

一言難盡的住宿體驗。年初二住了一晚，小孩子不小心推動床移了位置，床底露出來的部份，臟到令人髮指。整晚失眠，想到床底的各種陳年垃圾，渾身難受。沒睡好，導致第二天起床，腰就閃了，目前已經在家治腰好幾天。
從地理位置來説，公寓在中竣世紀城上，吃和交通都算便利。
從房間的空間，格局來説，也是可以的。
總而言之，就是房間維護太差，太臟。
