Hot spring Hotels in Qingyuan

’ve been here just once. I had a good memory, so I reserved this hotel again as my sibling came to GZ from Korea. I booked two different rooms, one of which has a balcony with a private pool since recently it rained so much, which might not be able to let us enjoy outdoor pools. 雷欣 (lei xin) is a person helping us while staying here. On the first time only my family visited, no one came to us and tried to explain the place or any other things, but this time two women who are pretty good at English guided us and tried to explain the place, which made me communicate and understand them, even if only my husband can speak in Chinese. The room rate is reasonable and all condition is perfect for family travelers. I am willing to visit here again.

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. To the saying goes, what really makes the difference is the heartware and service in hospitality line, not hardware which everyone can build. 预订了这家五星级酒店的三天两晚住宿，我必须说，房间干净宽敞，配备了各种适合家庭成员使用的设施，如羽毛球、网球、台球、温泉、骑车和射箭等。然而，我们对服务感到非常失望。我们遇到的两名员工一直拿着手机，根本不注意周围的情况。真正让我们恼火的是，当我们下午小睡时，我们把“请勿打扰”的牌子放在了门上，但酒店工作人员还是拨打了我们的房间号码。因为我们正在睡觉，没有接电话。猜猜发生了什么？他们拨打了我的手机。只是为了问是否需要打扫房间。我们去酒店前台寻求解释，前台工作人员起初否认他们打过电话，直到我们向他们展示了酒店的未接来电号码。然后他们说会向他们的经理反馈。到了晚上，万女士经理打电话给我们，让我们感到不满的是，她说这是他们的标准操作程序！哪个酒店，自称是五星级酒店，当客人挂出“请勿打扰”的标志时，他们的标准操作程序是打电话到房间，最糟糕的是打电话给客人的私人手机。这不是侵犯隐私吗？打我们私人电话？这是我们第一次遇到这种情况。我们在以前入住的多家酒店挂上“请勿打扰”标志时从未遇到过这种情况。 经理一点也不感到抱歉，反而显得很防卫。甚至到了要检查我们在房间是否安全的地步。她刚才的话让我很不安。俗话说，酒店业中真正起决定作用的是服务和态度，而不是每个人都能建造的硬件设施。

This resort in Qing Yuan is great. Staff friendly and best services. Our booking included buffet dinner and breakfast, food were yummy and delicious. Rooms are spacious and clean. Free in room soft drinks in fridge, only downside is the hot spring only open 6 with some not even hot.

Take a large family to Qingyuan Yingxi Peak Forest, beautiful mountains and clear waters, good environment, let yourself feel better instantly. This homestay is good, there is a private hot spring, the price is slightly more expensive on weekends, it is recommended to go on weekdays. The room is relatively new and the equipment is complete. Good management service attitude. The room I booked had a rich breakfast. There is a Xiaohuashan attraction nearby. I was afraid that the children were tired and didn't climb up.

The hotel is very clean, that is, the quilt cover pillowcase is a bit old. It is also recommended that the store use disposable face towels and bath towels, which are cleaner and hygienic. I was awakened by bats at five o'clock in the morning. The sound was very loud and thought it was a mouse. It is recommended that the store can hang some prompts in the famous hotel, so that it is not thought to be a large mouse. The decoration is very good, The private pool of the accommodation is very clean, the privacy and the outdoor environment are well balanced, and there is no worry about soaking up! I have recommended it to my friends and hope to do better!

The room is relatively new. The private hot spring bathing environment is comfortable. The pool is large enough to relax while looking at the stars at night. You can also go to the public area to take a hot spring bath. The environment there is also good and large. The service is good. The US dollar is good. The housekeeper Jie Ting responds quickly and meets any requirements. The staff in the public hot spring area are also very polite. When they saw me saying come and take a look, they took the initiative to introduce the pool. The environment outside the room is beautiful. It is comfortable to walk after dinner.

A great place for self-driving travel. Drive all the way in along the mountain road, right next to the Bijia Mountain Scenic Area. The hotel's hygiene is okay. There are only a handful of breakfast options, but it's filling. There are only indoor hot springs for the time being, and there are relatively few venues. There are not many people on weekdays, so it is okay. It is expected to be crowded on weekends. The water is very clear and does not smell like disinfected water. It should be mountain water. If you stay at the hotel on the weekend, you will receive free tickets. Beacon Hill is not big and is relatively easy to walk. There are some adventurous children playing and walking along the way, and you can reach the end point. So I renewed my room again. But you can’t go hiking every day. I especially hope that the hotel will have an indoor children's playground so that the children can have a place to have fun if they stay for a few more days. The only pity is that it’s been cloudy these days and I can’t see the stars.

The room was clean, the waiter was kind, and the camping area was good. The hot spring water is changed every day, the water is very clean, there are many pools, the environment is good, the water temperature is high, the Luo Han Guo tea is good, and the accommodation can be made unlimited times. The entrance of the park is the road, there are many stalls on the roadside, very convenient, the Qingyuan chicken at the bottom of the bridge is delicious.

The management capabilities of entertainment facilities such as billiards and billiards are insufficient. They should be inspected at least 4 times a day to see if there are any missing balls or anything... I live in 405. The table in the room is higher than the wall socket. I have to pull the table away from the wall to plug in. It's outrageous. Please refer to the following photos.

The room is a villa, and there are mosquito killer lamps above and below. I didn't feel any mosquitoes, and the cleaning was very timely. Unfortunately, it rained heavily during the Qingming Festival, and the first floor smelled a bit musty. The second floor was fine.
