First of all, this is a new hotel of the Renaissance brand in Qingdao. I have stayed in many Renaissance hotels in various places. This Qingdao Renaissance is impeccable in terms of design, catering and service. The hotel design has many fashionable elements, the decoration style is at the forefront of trends, and the brands of guest room utensils meet high standards; the food and beverages are amazing. I didn't expect that I would have eaten in all major 5-star and super 5-star hotels in Beijing. I am very satisfied here: seafood, Desserts, hot dishes, cold dishes, and drinks are all of higher quality than most five-star hotels in Beijing; in terms of service: As soon as I checked in, the account manager Xiaoyan contacted me directly to introduce the hotel's privileges and services. Her attitude was good and professional! When I come to Qingdao again, I will choose the Renaissance brand.
