Clean well appointed room with friendly staff to greet guests. Excellent breakfast with fantastic variety of dishes.

The hotel's hardware is a bit old-fashioned and European-style, but the front desk service is excellent, thoughtful, warm and polite. The swimming pool, breakfast and environment are all good. The back garden is good for walking. There are also peacocks, lambs and rabbits that children like. The prices of restaurant dishes are high. A normal dish costs about 88. There is a barbecue bar at the entrance of the lobby. There are many parking spaces at the hotel until 12 o'clock in the evening. If there is no good position, the car will be parked farther away, but there is no worry about lack of parking spaces.

The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are just great, it's within close walking distance of May 4th square, the coast and the Mixc mall is practically in the same building complex. It's an ideal location for business trips, or vacation. The rooms offer enough facilities that if you are staying long enough you can cook for yourself, you can also get assistance from the staff to order take-aways, and there are a large number of different kinds of restaurants nearby. Also there's a 7-11 convenience store within 2 minutes walking distance from the entrance to the hotel. And getting a taxi is very easy and convenient through the Didi app. If you're familiar with how things work in China, it'll be really easy for you to feel at home, if not, the staff will do their best to assist you with anything you need. Very good value for money,

The location was very convenient, literally walking-distance to subway or bus stations. It's also close to the church and there are lots of food stores nearby. The check-in process for foreigners are easy and simple. The price is very affordable (we've stayed here for 4D3N for 720rmb, includes breakfast for 3 days and a coffee voucher can be taken at the reception desk). The room was small, but it's enough since we weren't staying at the hotel all day. The amenities are complete as listed on Trip.com . The minibars are free as well (including the ones on the fridge). Recommended hotel if you're visiting Qingdao!

Qingdao Sunac Shibo Hotel, sea view room YYDS! 🏖️🌊 Qingdao Sunac Shibo Hotel, full experience! The sea view room has a wide view, you can watch the sunrise and sunset while lying on the bed, the service is meticulous, and the breakfast is rich and varied. There are abundant entertainment facilities around, which is suitable for family outings. I will come again next time!

The room was adequate size but we were very disappointed that there was no information in the room about the hotel itself, the services it provided nor about the area round about and no maps . As non Chinese tourists we were completely lost and having nothing to refer made the experience very difficult. A 500RMB security deposit was taken from my card on arrival and we were told anything we spent would be deducted from this and the remainder refunded. But breakfast 180RMB was taken directly from my card account. When we had to leave early some of the remainder for the extra nights was refunded but my 500RMB has not been refunded and I have had no success contacting the hotel. I would like my money refunded as I have already paid for breakfast !!! I must say an outstanding staff member at the hotel is Rafa. He listens, advises , helps and went out of his way and gave us the best and kindest assistance. He was wonderful, an outstanding representative for DoubleTree Hilton!!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, but a very basic hotel and a little overpriced for what it was. 'Courtyard view' sounded appealing, but the view was just the back of other businesses. Short walk from the Tsingtao Beer Museum and Beer street which was handy. Enjoyed the drip coffee each morning! We also enjoyed a walk through the park which is just behind the hotel.

The hotel is easy to find and close to the highway exit. I am very grateful to every front desk service staff of Jimo Blue Sea for their warm hospitality and care in the past few days. Every time I pass by the lobby, several girls greet me with a smile every day. If I need anything, I will help to solve it immediately. What can I be dissatisfied with such service? I knew that I had chosen the right hotel the day I checked in. The a**osphere at the front desk was very good. The children participated in the lottery. Both children got their favorite prizes. They also prepared various snacks for the children. They also put the juice in cups at room temperature. The girl at the front desk said that it was specially prepared for the children, so there was no ice. It was so thoughtful. I didn’t know where to go in Jimo for the first time. They also helped us introduce and help us get a taxi. The weather was hot and they asked us to bring a few more bottles of water on the road. I really experienced the best service in two or three days. When we checked out, we said we were going to Qingdao. They also introduced us where to have fun and how to take the subway. They also gave us a Qingdao map, which also had a refrigerator magnet that was very commemorative. In the afternoon, the lobby manager called again to ask about our hotel experience. It goes without saying that it must be a five-star experience. I will come again next time and hope to see you all again.

The food was good and the staff members were friendly. The chef made good omelette.
