Good hotel especially the guy Eason is a good person and he can speak English also

Breakfast is so good, especially salad bar and soup dumplings.There are so many varieties! Our room is on the 40th floor,so we could see the beautiful ocean. The only downside is the attitude of one lady in the front desk.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Some of the hotel staff speak English and one person very kindly stayed behind after his shift ended to help translate for us. We were upgraded to a better room on a higher floor with an amazing view. The room was clean and spacious and the bathtub was great. There are plenty of shops and restaurants closeby and Tangdao bay is a short walk away.

The second person who handled the matter finally said that he would give gifts, buffet coupons and other handling suggestions.
