The Apartment is a building that is adjacent to the main hotel itself it looks like they have bought an old Victorian and converted it into a three bedroom two bathroom penthouse it was very clean very spacious and looks like it is slowly being improved and updated I would highly recommend this for a family stay close to Melbourne

We were greeted at reception by a helpful, kind and welcoming employee. Car park was well spaced, with room to easily manouver the car, and had ample spaces for guest parking. It is locked from 10pm to 8am with card access for guests. It If you have mobility issues, there is no lift from the carpark to the rooms. The stairwells, although safe with handrails, need a bit of maintenance. The room was very clean, light and airy, suprisingly quiet, decorated pleasantly with excellent kitchen area, and had free wifi. The bathroom was easily accessible and clean, with quick, good pressure hot water. We had a very comfortable, well-priced stay in a central location 2 minutes walk from Royal Park. The only thing to be take into consideration when driving to the motel, is its position on Flemington Road. If you are not from Melbourne and familiar with coming off the freeway onto Flemington Road, the entrance is very easy to miss and it can be a challenge getting back onto the motel's entrance side of the road again, particularly as Melbourne drivers are not very accommodating about letting others change lanes. We would defintely stay there again.

A good place for a short pitspot

Great apartment, had everything we needed and was in a great location for accessing the CBD. Pre authorisation has taken almost a month to be returned for which lets the hotel down, although would not let this put you off as everything else is great!

We stayed for 6 nights. Bed was comfortable and room was well, equipped and clean. Everything in walking distance and you can take plastic plates and cutlery from Reception if needed. We received new towels and shampoo every day but nobody cleaned the floor or the bathroom during our stay.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this place. Reception is ready to serve from 8 to almost 10 pm and everyone speaks English and mandarin. Car parks are always available. The place is right besides a main road so very convenient for almost any destinations. Royal park and princess park is just a few minutes away. I actually went jogging for two straight days. Again, very nice place. The only small obstacle is that if you don’t have car and will be limited by public transportation, might not feel so happy, especially when raining. We stayed overnight as we were doing a two day trip to the zoo, so location was perfect. The room was exactly as shown online, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely, we had an enjoyable stay and would stay here again 😊

I find it very good value for money, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are set up nicely, clean and comfy bed. I am a frequent client here. The location is great, central between the city and airport. You can park your car for free without additional costs. Can highly recommend

Room was good no problems there but needs new pillows the ones I had were terrible with nothing in them.

The room is clean and tidy, and the transportation is convenient. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the railway station, and it takes about 20 minutes to drive to and from the city center. About 25 minutes walk from Melbourne Zoo. Nearby restaurants have to walk 15 minutes away, which is a bit inconvenient.
