Garden is nice

We loved the food in this hotel, my son couldn't stop talking about this hotel. The view was beautiful from our balcony.

Service on executive floor was very good. Special thanks to Frank and the chef for their attention. Disappointed in choice of Western dishes at breakfast and no description of dishes in English.

As a solo traveler, I felt very safe here. The staff was friendly and helpful, many spoke some English. The room was very comfortable. The view from the room looked out onto a German style row of restaurants and some of the water and mainland part of Qingdao. The breakfast had fair offerings of Western and Chinese food. There was a 24-hour convenience store in the hotel for snacks. The location was quiet and peaceful, nearby the friends I was visiting but not very near the touristic spots of Qingdao. It was convenient for my purposes.

Very nice place to stay. Room is clean. Breakfast is great! Will come back!

Frank provided excellent service in Lounge. Food at breakfast was barely available at 9.20, breakfast room very full and service personal not enough.

Very relaxing and the view was amazing! I've been in this hotel twice and it never disappoint me.

The hotel is in a great location, just half an hour's drive from Qingdao West Station. The Chinese food and buffet restaurant are delicious. The hotel is right by the sea. There is a donkey and bicycle for rent in the backyard. It is very comfortable to ride in the sea breeze. There is a yacht club with various water sports, diving, sailing, and yachting. Xingguang Island is quite fun. The scenery is also very good.

First of all, I would like to say that the service attitude of the hotel staff is OK. I originally booked a double bed with a view, but because the view was not easy to coordinate, I changed it to a large bed. As soon as I came in, there was a musty smell. The staff came in to install the baby fence. By the way, I asked about the musty smell. The answer I got was that everyone was like this. The fence installed by the staff fell down just after they left the room door. I booked a two-day hotel and couldn't stay there. After all, I didn't want to toss with the child. The place where the hotel puts bath towels is moldy. How dare I use this bath towel? The bathroom floor is full of dirt, the toilet has no water, and the musty smell of the whole room made me barely fall asleep at 4 am. I checked out quickly at more than 6 am. I often travel on business. I want to ask if this is the accommodation environment that a star hotel should have?

Hygiene: Let's talk about hygiene first. I don't know if it's because of the peak tourist season. The surface hygiene is pretty good. The room with a small terrace was booked. The terrace glass door and the small table were all dusty. The rattan chair cushions didn't seem to have been cleaned. There was also dust and some unknown stains. Because the sea view room is close to the sea, the bedding felt very damp when I checked in, as if it hadn't been dried. After a day of ventilation and dehumidification, it was slightly better at night. There were also a few drops of blood on the sheets. Facilities: Let's talk about facilities. The hotel is not new. There is basically no smart control in the room. The TV and hair dryer are not very easy to use. The biggest problem is that there has been a problem with the flushing of the toilet. There is no way to rebound by itself. There is a loud sound of running water all night. Environment: This hotel was chosen because of this location. The location is more suitable for visiting Huangdao District. The overall hotel and the surrounding environment are still good. Service: Finally, let's talk about the service. We gave welcome cookies. The hotel staff from the front desk to the cleaning lady were also quite polite. However, I asked for a quiet room with a beautiful sea view before I checked in, but I only got the sea view. I don't know where the quietness came from at night. There was always a knocking sound, and the toilet flushing sound was always very loud. Because I was out playing during the day, I found this problem at night and was very tired, so I didn't contact them to deal with it. Overall, the check-in experience felt very average. With a similar price, everything was not as good as the experience I had in the city a few days ago.

The service staff is very good, Anna Wicky and the night shift guy is called Huan. Hengfeng's service is very thoughtful. The hotel is very good, the sea view is very good, and it is very private. It is recommended for travel.

The temperature is still a bit low during the May Day holiday, and the water temperature of the swimming pool is not very high. It will be cold if you don't move around, and the locker room is also cold. The beach opposite is suitable for catching the sea and strolling with children. There are convenient restaurants and entertainment nearby, and it is a good place to take children on vacation. Xingguang Island just held the Huabiao Award Ceremony. The only imperfection in the room is that I didn't find the exhaust fan, and the air conditioner was not turned on in this season, so the air circulation in the room was not very good. The room I stayed in was close to the elevator entrance, and there was noise. I don't know if it was the elevator or something else.
